Called “authentic”, but far from it. The WORST Thai I’ve ever eaten, hands down. The drunken noodles had very little vegetables, and was so salty I could barely eat it. It was made with lo mein noodles, which is inauthentic and unheard of, and makes the dish taste way off. My wife had the thai fried rice, it was truly flavorless and had almost no vegetables. (See pic and notice the red pepper flakes simply dumped on one spot). I called them, and politely spoke to them about by sub-par experience. I told them I didn’t expect Chinese lo mein noodles for drunken noodles (this is not how it’s made, ever). He said “that’s how we so it, sorry”. I then said how I didn’t expect crushed red flakes to be dumped on it, but was expecting authentic Thai chilis. He said that’s how it works for anything below “3” spice level. I said that I did get a 3 spice level, to which he replied “well, sorry”. He was very irritated that I called to calmly and politely explain, but was snappy and rude. He offered no recompense for messing up the order either. We ate a small portion and threw the rest in the trash, which is where this food belongs. Honestly the worst Thai I’ve ever had (and I have eaten a lot). Owners, please remove the words “authentic” from your website and menu: you’re lying to your customers.

Haven’t had Thai food this good since we left Atlanta. Great Pad Thai!

Decent food but this time the portions were so ridiculously small it was a massive rip off. Whoever answered the phone didn't agree or care. We weren't trying to get anything for free, just wanted to let them know. So now we will be sticking to the other Thai place in town. If you have a small appetite and a lot of extra money laying around, you may have a good experience.

This place is an absolute must if you live in the area or are just passing through. The ambience is great, very very clean, and the staff is super friendly. And just look at that view! My Pad Thai was excellent. I will definitely be back!

The last time I was here the Pad Thai was the best I've ever had. The chicken was tender and juicy, the noodles weren't overcooked, still had a bite and were springy, and the vegetables were crisp but tender and succulent. My partner and I love this place and eat here often. The curries are all delicious, Pad Thai and Pad See Ew are amazing, and the Thai Tea is sweet but creamy. I've not tried anything on the menu that I didn't enjoy.

Food was great! 4 star is for the portion size and price. We ordered at 7pm so we got the “very hungry” size and both of us finished our bowls still pretty hungry. Haha. I typically don’t eat all my food anytime I eat out and neither of us had any leftovers to bring home: Especially for the price we paid.

First time here around 2 pm on a weekday. I sat outside on a nice day. Had the Secret Wife Stir Fry (Chef’s Special) (billed for really hungry) at a medium(3) which was delicious. So was the Thai Tea. The portion size was small for being called ‘really hungry’ at $16. The dish was very tasty, just tiny for a hungry person. I’m comparing to Suwana’s Thai Orchid in Asheville, which is my favorite. I would come again but get an appetizer, also. I’d say that medium spice is more like mild at other places. Rest rooms were clean.

Boon Choo Thai Express has great service and phenomenal food. The food is cooked to order but it truly is worth the wait. Ok, I gotta say that it is a small restaurant and when it's busy, you may have an extended wait. However, the food is delicious and not like your run of the mill Asian food. I promise that you will love it. The portion size is large. The average cost is less than $12/ entree.

This is a local favorite. Since moving away, we haven't gone as often. Today I stopped while around for work. I ordered something to take home for my wife and forgot to request GF. They replaced the meal without issue. The food is consistently delicious. Be careful of the spice. Most of my friends and family enjoy the level 2, medium spice level. I cannot stand spicy, so the 0 spice option is also very nice. The meal pictured is the Phat Mama, lunch portion.

Excellent food, friendly staff and cute decor. Allergy friendly menu and knowledgeable staff. Gluten-free friendly and celiac safe! Indoor and outdoor seating. Clean restrooms. The only reason not giving five stars is that it was hot in the restaurant because of the open kitchen. They need to upgrade their hood vent. I did not enjoy sweating while eating.
