I really enjoy how convenient Ingles is, I just hate going to Walmart 😭 so I don't go. While Ingles may be a bit more expensive than Aldi, for example, I still shop primarily at Ingles. Oh and the gas points don't hurt either 😅

They have healthy food in very convenient containers to take with you. It would be great to have one in the Raleigh area....hint, hint!!

A small well stocked store. Really enjoy the shopping experience of finding just about everything you need in a small enough store you can easily walk every aisle.

Went to allot of groceries stores all over the US but i have to say that this was the biggest grocery store i've been to and in a location that you would never believe since it's such a small town

Large store that usually has everything you might need. Good meat and fresh fruit and vegetables. Deli , pharmacy and star bucks . Friendly staff that will guide you .

This nice lady named Shayla I think helped me so much.helped me make up my mind on lunchs to have during the week and gave good advice on what to have for sides. Very helpful and friendly service.

It's better than some Ingles I've been to but the employees really don't like you to ask many questions. At least the store was cleaner than the Landrum store. Maybe the 4 associates I spoke with were having a bad day

Our favorite grocery store in Western NC~Flat Rock! Great customer service, clean, stocked and variety of foods, etc! Definitely recommend!

Clean. Visit often. Love the salad & wing & olive bar with fair prices and yes EBT can be used on this! (management didn't know) Just not hot food. They do have a soup bar. Fresh donuts 3 for .99. Only 2 stars now. Customer service downhill. My cashier, Ricky was extremely inpatient & irritated/rude because I had questions about WIC. Held up the line a few minutes. Other open registers were available, so what. Why should I feel rushed & as if I'm doing something wrong...? (review edited) management always seems confused and agitated when I was inquiring about a new ingles card and another time about western union. They sell WU money orders but apparently won't cash one. Online it says they do. I was told I could redeem fuel points at the pump by entering my phone number but in fact, not true. You must have your hard copy card to scan. Bummer. It asks you for alternative number to use but doesn't allow points to be used thst way. Have tried 3x. Rep didn't know either.
