I would highly recommend not using fletcher collision. Not only is the work that they do as poor as it gets, their customer service is even worse. They will not accept responsibility for any of the faulty parts they provided or the extremely poor installation. After just 2 weeks of installation, I had to have someone else fix their work. And now just two years, I’m having to have more of their work replaced. Garbage work done by garbage people.

My car has been in their shop for over 2 weeks , tomorrow makes it 3 weeks and they haven’t even started working on my car , I call them every week just for them to say they haven’t even looked at it , they don’t update me with nothing in order for me to find out anything about my car I have to keep calling them I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY Service: Body & Trim

I brought my car here after being involved in a hit and run accident and had an absolutely terrible experience. Staff was incredibly rude and communication was poor to non-existent. At the time when I brought my vehicle in, they did not have a voicemail set up on the main phone number that is listed on their website. As a result, neither myself nor my insurance company was able to call them to check on the status of the repairs, and we could not leave a voicemail for a call back. There ended up being significant delays with the repairs as well, and the shop neglected to communicate these delays to my insurance company. As a result, I had to pay an extra $160 for a rental car that my insurance company would not cover because the shop did not provide them with an accurate timeframe for the repairs or any notification of delays. Avoid this shop at all costs.

I am a magnet for bad drivers. I have been hit (and never found at fault) 5 times in the past 4 years. Since it's always paid for by the other party's insurance, I have found myself trying a lot of body shops in the area (whoever their insurance tells me to go to). This is the first shop where I have been happy with the quality of work the first time they called to tell me it was ready. Maybe it's because I'm a woman and the other shops don't expect me to notice, but every other shop I've been to in the Asheville area has done sloppy work until I pointed out their mistakes and made them fix them (usually this was uneven seams but once a body shop left a cap out from under the hood that caused a whistling sound when I was driving!). By contrast, Fletcher Collision Center did GREAT work and there was nothing I had to ask them to touch up. They were prompt, professional, and polite. They kept me up to date on their progress and when they said the work was done, it was done right. I am so happy to have finally found a shop in the area like this! My father passed away in his truck in Feb of this year. Insurance paid to have it cleaned & replace seat which they did after a few weeks. After getting truck back we discovered the connections under the seat wasn't connected. After we contacted Fletcher collision they denied replacing the seat which was obviously different. We took my daddy's truck back to them to fix since insurance had paid for it. It is now Dec 26th and they still have his truck & its still not fixed. Enough is enough.
