I have been with KS Bank in Garner for 19 years. They have always been courteous, friendly, helpful and efficient. They treat you, as the customer, like a person and not just a number. You can still talk with a person when you call the bank instead of a voice recording. I have found they do an outstanding job helping their customers with their needs. Kudos to the great staff at KS in Garner, and to KS Bank for staying true to their philosophy, "We are a community bank, established in 1924, focusing our attention on local families and businesses........"

LOVE this bank!!!! Excellent customer service. Minimal banking fees and deposits hit the minute you make them. Can’t recommend strongly enough! Wish they had one in Raleigh!!! I moved but still drive to Garner and Clayton because it’s the BEST bank ever!!!

Due to a document we couldnt get from this bank our closing date ended up delaying over a week. I had already took my PTO for a week and wasted my PTO no thanks to this bank. I wouldnt recommend this bank.

I came here to get two dollar bills as a gift for a young ladies birthday card. I was told I couldnt get change because I wasn't a member. Really? When I came in June to do the exact same thing it wasnt an issue. If you are going to be in the community and you can't serve the community then don't expect the community to utilizes your poor services. I know where not to open a checking account being new to the state and starting new employment. I'll take my business somewhere I can get service.
