I absolutely love coming here ! The staff is very professional, you don't hear alot of gossip and drama from the employees . My favorite go to is Daisy ,she does amazing work and is very patient and determined to give me the results I want . I highly recommend her !

Went in for an appointment and was sent back to car for starters. I was 6 minutes early and three staff walking around. When I went back inside I waited even longer. When the girl finally came out she treated me , but didn’t seem to friendly. I showed her a picture of the cut I wanted and she said okay. When she finished my hair , it was a mess. Gaped in areas and totally different lengths all over just a mess. Highly disappointed. I have never in all the years I’ve been going. New people and not friendly

I went in for a haircut, & the girl messed up my hair, Also messed up my sons hair. They OVERCHARGE just do simply flatiron hair, and do a simply haircut. My hair isn’t even that long. The girl who did my hair last, was not even friendly nor welcoming, I tried to talk to her as she did my hair but it seemed like she didn’t feel like it. She came off as RUDE. I remember when I used to come to this salon 7 years ago, mostly everyone did a great job, so maybe it’s the new people who are messing things up. This salon is no longer what it used to be, I will never recommend this place. The new people need to go back to school and really learn how to do hair, and be taught to be always friendly without FORCING it. I hope to continue going to her. My kids have seen Danielle many times and she always does an amazing job. My son is very picky about his hair and he is always pleased with it if Danielle has cut it. I started going to Fantastic Sam's this past May of 2020 when the salons opened back up after the beginning of the pandemic. Beth did an excellent job on my hair. This time Beth was busy but staff was very kind to find me a similar likeable stylist who cut my hair just as well! I have always been pleased. The stylists listen to what you want in the services they provide, and they do their best to provide you with the best cut and style. They will also hook you up with the correct styling products to help you create the same look at home. I am a happy, satisfied customer!!! The length of my hair will not be in the way of my glasses nor my masks when I have to wear them!! Thanks Brandy
