Awesome staff, they remember your name, and the products you want from behind the counter. It's a chain store, with that down home, general store feel. Great location, due to the staff. Also the last stop, that's open late, between Goldsboro and Greenville.

I’m a regular customer at this handy mart. Over the past several months I’ve noticed a hug change in this store. I’m always greeted with a good morning by name and have a nice day when I’m on my way out. Ezra is the best manager this store has had. I see him working right along with his staff and he knows his customer and will take a minute to chat if the store is not busting with Business. It’s team members like this that make a store and keep customers.

Just stopped here this morning 35 minutes into a 9 hour drive. I had my dog travelling with so my wife and I tag-teamed going in for a road tea and some snacks. I have never seen the level of honest, caring, and positive customer service from the dear woman working. I watched her envelope the customer ahead of me with the greatest of southern hospitality. My turn to ring up, she treats me like a brother or a cousin, makes sure I purchased all I needed for the trip. Wife went in and I first warned her, "the clerk is REALLY nice". My wife confirmed me. That woman in that Handy Mart made our day! Thank you for having this employee! Wish I caught her name. Puts you right at ease.

The manager at this Handy needs to be replaced. She has no customers services skills or techniques. She has a very bad attitude and decided to slammed my receipt on the counter. She have lost my business. I go and spend my money where I am appreciated.
