HIGHLY disappointed at the service overall. Had two incidents happen, not including mine. First, a customer paid for something she did not get done when she had clearly stated it several times before the service was rendered. Second, a lady came in for a repair and the nail tech basically shaved off her cuticle to the point where the lady winced out loud & left. My experience is one that definitely needs to be said because I don’t want anyone else paying for what I paid for. I specifically asked the nail tech I saw if he (guy with the tooth necklace) could do this design (see pic). He stated he could, just not exact replica. Well I can understand not doing the same shapes but doing a COMPLETELY different design all together? He simply could’ve suggested another one of the nail techs but no. Did not tip & definitely won’t be going back. Service: Acrylic nails

Very disappointed in the chin wax. My pedicure was AMAZING. The young lady who did them did not rush or do anything I didn’t ask for. All together I give a 2 star and those go straight to the pedicure service. This is my first review ever, and I can honestly say I am disappointed overall my nails are filed slanted and wax services are not up to par. I’m not sure why my tablet won’t allow me to upload photos, but that’s okay, just be sure to choose the correct technicians . Have an amazing day...&’ even if you can’t, don’t cha dare go messing up nobody else’s hea? ❤️ Services: Waxing, Pedicures, Manicures, Facial treatments

Always a 5 star rating for me. Tommy and his wife Wanda (owners) are great. Great people good work. Been going there for years and reasonable prices. The man that sits beside Tommy i hear does good work also.

I called the business yesterday to ask how much a full set of acrylic and French tips were. I was told $25 and $5 extra for the French tips. I went there today and the guy says it’s $40. I said why is it so much. He said because you got a full set, gel polish, and French tips. I didn’t ask you for the gel polish. I told you a full set of French tips. And he didn’t even airbrush the tips, he took it upon himself to hand paint them..which I didn’t even ask for. Not going there anymore. I’ve been a customer there for years and now I see why there shop is practically empty every time I go by now.

It's nice but expensive for the service that I get. I'm paying over $100 each visit. The place I go to in Wilson is cheaper but more busy. So I settle but I'm there like 3 hrs and that's just too long. The service is good though but for what I pay it should be better quality

One of my favorite nail salons, owned by a husband and wife, Tommy and Wanda. They ans their staff do a wonderful job with facial waxing, pedicures and manicures. All at a great prices. All techniques are the newest and best in the nail care field. * desk#2 of all the staff is one that I personally don't enjoy the work of it might be great for someone else.

So my first visit about 3 weeks ago I left VERY satisfied as the previous salon left me angry. I give 4 bc all the polish from my toes came off it was white tips so it’s extra but didn’t last. Now my nails I messed up two completely on me but they are lasting even needing a fill in. I’m going again this time and getting the same older guy bc he is AMAZING for my feet idc hopefully they last this time! I am disappointed tho bc gel polish on gel nails cost extra never had to pay more for that but at least they are lasting.

My first visit was a very pleasant experience, clean and friendly. Tommy did my nails and they were done to perfection, just the way I wanted them. He didn't just do them he would pause in between and made sure that I understood the choices I had. :) I loved the pedicure, so relaxing. I certainly will be going back there.

Worst nail experience ever. They aren't prompt. Some of the technicians are really rude especially when they're hard to understand. I was there for about 4 hours, 1.5 of it was spent with my feet pruning in water before I was ever seen, however the pedicure lady (Nancy) was the best by far in the entire county. I loved everything about her style of pedicure besides it being such a long wait. They also don't accept appointments which means they can get up every 5 minutes while servicing you to service someone else. I was told AFTER going through all the malarkey that the wife and husband do VERY GREAT however I'll never be a judge of that. I refuse to ever step back into that building much less spend my money there. What a waste of time & energy. Ruined my day.
