I had a horrible experience with the manager and 2 other associates at this location , I asked nicely if I could use these specific coupons at the register and after the manager and the cashier discussing my questions they where rudly saying that my coupons said void and that they where printed . Saying that they could not accept them , which was fine with me but accusing me of printing my coupons which where given to me by P&G . And after having a conversation with P&G they stated that the void should be viewable in light Grey but if seen in dark Grey/Black they where printed . I am very disgusted over the service at this location with the manager and the other associates. I will be reaching help from my legal office.

Pretty terrible of a pharmacy to not be open on weekends or after 6. Why bother. Will be finding a new pharmacy that doesnt look like a used dollar general.

So I go into this particular walgreens today to do a little shopping....I get the register and one of the associates whom acted very unfamiliar with coupons checked my paper coupons and saw they where all okay to use. Then we get to do my transaction and one of my digital coupons does not come off. So she calls the manager(Patty) she comes up and tries to tell me I couldn't use my coupon (even though it was on the walgreens app) because it didnt come off...she was rude, disrespectful and down right nasty. She said she was not going to accept my digital coupon and she didn't know what I was going to do even though it checked out I had all of the RIGHT products. This is not the first time this has happened to me in this one particular walgreens...THEY know nothing about coupons...This will most definitely be my last time going to that location....ALL of them know nothing about there own store policies on how coupons work. PLEASE WALGREENS retrain your staff at Walgreens on stantonsburg rd and I am most definitely calling corporate on Ms. Patty!
