The old management (Twanda) passed away, and the store has gone downhill since. Corporate cannot replace her, she is forever a staple in our community, she loved her job, she took pride in her store. Rest In Paradise.

I love Dollar General. I try to use the $5 coupon every Saturday too. They always have what I need and the employees always have their masks on and do the social distancing. Everything is always and it's easy to find what you need

Helpful associates but one employee smelled of strong marijuana. It overtook my shopping experience. This associate just started their shift.

This is the dirtiest, nastiest, unorganized, etc etc etc dollar general I’ve ever stepped foot in. You can’t find anything because all of the aisle are full of merchandise that simply needs to be stocked. Very nasty attitude from the cashier. I stood at the checkout line for 5 minutes until I decided to look for a worker to check me out and she looked at me like I was wrong. And she didn’t even realize that someone came in and walked right out of the door with merchandise. Very nasty unfriendly attitude from the cashier! I’m a dollar general shopper but I will NEVER step foot back in that one! It needs to close down and reopen with new management, etc etc etc

They're about to out of business because high point university bouth the shopping center that they are in so the store doesn't have everything completely stocked but it's not really their fault. Very nice ppl still work there.

This is a good bargain store with name brands at excellent prices. The service here is very good and I seem to see new items every time I come by the store.

I always go here, even though is way on the other side of where I live. But I always find what I need in this store. & the cashiers are very polite.

The Isles were so crowded I could not get my buggy through a lot of them. Plus that door is so heavy that I couldn't get it open to be able to walk through with a buggy. But the cashier was very friendly

If you're a black person just walk in the store and you'll notice that the security system starts to automatically alerting everyone in the store. Think I'm lying. Go there then.

I personally was disturbed by an associate who was checking a customer out. The gentleman asked about a mix-n-match deal. He questioned the policy and her response was "don't tell me how another company handles things." "Do you want the product or not"? I kindly dropped by basket and exited left. I will not be returning to this store location.
