Parked in his “assigned parking” and he got an attitude and said it was for his customers and I was going in to shop for a new mattress. Said I was walking the wrong way to his store bc I had to get my child out the car seat. Rude and would NOT recommend

Very unfriendly and pushy sales. Also be careful where you park in front. I was a potential customer. I am mattress store reviewer unbeknownst to those I get prices from. Only one space? No other businesses in this plaza needed to “mark” spots?? Are we talking about parking? After the poor salesmanship really?

I said yes to the bed! I highly recommend purchasing your new bed(s) at this location. Brenda is fantastic! She is very knowledgeable about the Serta products she offers. Not only was she extremely patient, but she worked with me to find the right mattress that I felt comfortable with. After making multiple trips to try out her beds, I decided on the perfect mattress, frame, covers, & pillow. Her delivery guys, Andrew & Andrew, were very professional and helpful. My purchase was in good hands! 10 out of 10 experience! If you're not in the market for a new bed, you should at least consider checking out the Serta mattress protectors, especially if you own a rental home. They are reasonably priced, and I believe I recall that they are guaranteed to protect against unwanted pests. (Protect your investment and your home!) Anyhow, I never knew that the bed-buying experience could be so stress-free. Go see Brenda & her husband Jim!

We told them what we had before, what our requirements were, and a few hours later (the same day) our mattress set was delivered. We actually did the whole transaction by phone since we trust them. Sort of like Amazon Prime with a local flavor. Highly recommended Satus update December 2017: Just bought another mattress over the phone for a family member, and again received delivery within an hour or two of the transaction. Can't promise everyone will be as lucky, but we have been twice.
