The Burlington in-store Ashley team (Kevin) was extremely helpful in helping us to select furniture and make alternate recommendations when needed. They were very communicative while we waited for portions of our order to arrive and assisted with any issues during delivery with urgency. Highly recommend from a furniture quality and customer service standpoint!

Highly recommend! I was promptly greeted upon entry of the store by Preston M. I was overwhelmed by the many options the store had to offer. Preston’s friendly demeanor, knowledge of the products and store prices/polices helped me narrow down my interest. I left feeling at ease and much more confident about my selection. I can’t wait to return and browse for more pieces to furnish my new home!!

Our sales rep, Shannon, was personable and knowledgeable. He readily knew minimum dimensions for floor model sectionals so we could easily narrow down our selection. I was amazed at his offer to rearrange furniture within the store so we could get a visual. He exhibited much patience with us and our two little kids. Thanks, Shannon, for restoring our faith that customer service did not die post covid! Great experience!

I found a set of reclining couches online and had an exceptional salesman Kevin who explained, they didn't carry this particular set in the showroom. He Emmy out of his way to show me a comparable couch that I could sit on, another to feel the fabric and another to see the color. He was honest to tell me deliveries can take between two and six weeks. They arrived in a week. My husband was very impressed and we are very happy with them. Thank you Kevin.

My husband and I were helped by Preston and he was such a pleasure! He was so pleasant and polite. He provided us with very knowledgeable and honest feedback when choosing a mattress. We expressed to him we were also interested in a new sofa and he encouraged us to take a look at the other great furniture options in the store. We will definitely be back!

From the time I walked in the Burlington store I was immediately taken care of by Josh. He was very nice and professional the whole time and did not rush me at all. After narrowing down my options, he talked me through each of the dinette sets that I had chosen to see which one I really liked. The one that I can see myself at the table everyday eating a nice meal or drinking a hot cup of coffee. And by taking the time out doing so, and I mean it took a lot of time because I wanted to be sure of my purchase, his kindness and patience helped make a difficult decision become an easy one. It was such an honor to have him as my sales associate.

The furniture was delivered faster than I thought it would be considering that we are still experiencing the effects of Covid. I am now enjoying my new furniture.

I would just like to say the drive to this location was worth it. I was greeted with a big smile by one of your sales consultant named Josh. He was able to show me around the store and give me a run down of some of the furniture I was interested in. Along the way, I was able to meet Torri who was kind enough to move some of the furniture around so I can get a full view of some of the sets. To top it off, as I was leaving, the manager by the name of Preston thanked me for coming in. I was amazed by the great customer service I received. I would like to say thank you for the wonderful experience. I will definitely be back to purchase a few things.

My husband and I were looking for a recliner that fit our needs. We had specific request and could not quite agreed on something that please both of us. Then, we met Mr. Esteban Kelcourse. He listened to both our preferences and immediately knew what could work for us. He was right on the money. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the pieces in the store and online. We followed his advise and bought the recliner he recommended that was on display. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. Definitely, will return to Ashley's for other pieces of furniture in the future.

The lady the was friendly and seem nice but what I didn't like was when I finally found something I like( the picture below was taken today in store)I was told no I wouldn't get it for the price that was up there because it wrong and they just have the correct price tag to put. I just don't understand why put up a price if it's not right.
