If I could I wouldn’t give this place one star. This man is a snake and is very jealous And don’t like to see other small businesses come up in the community the last time I went there my steak sub had a very THIN layer of meat in it. I haven’t been back since. This place is old and very OVERRATED. The people ( not all) he hire to work there is a turn off they look like they on drugs. And it make you not wanna eat there.

The food was okay. The hamburger patties aren't homemade and remind me of a McDonald's patty in size but not tastes. You get more on the sandwich than at most places but there are better option in Maxton and Pembroke. Over all the best thing we tasted was the Banana Pudding, it's work a look see just to try some of that.

Nice local restaurant! Everything from burgers to fried pork chops with all the sides. Even has deserts such as banana pudding or ice cream. It is dine in or take out but only doing take out due to Covid.

That's two many stars but the people were really nice. They charged a lot for the food but they didn't have the shrimp and other stuff. The food was edible at best. that was the fish plate. They say their burgers are good though.

Great food and character! We just stopped for Sunday lunch and the buffet where you get 1 protein, 1 starch and two sides. I got Turkey, dressing, gravy, Lima beans and sweet potatoes. They go light on the salt which is great. Prices are very reasonable. We will go back next time we come thru

Owners are amazing. Great food, even better prices. Worth the little bit of a drive off the highway. We will definitely stop in again. We have found our new mid-way to the beach stop. You won't be disappointed.

Great food and character! We just stopped for Sunday lunch and the buffet where you get 1 protein, 1 starch and two sides. I got Turkey, dressing, gravy, Lima beans and sweet potatoes. They go light on the salt which is great. Prices are very reasonable. We will go back next time we come thru

This is a typical southern grill in layout and appearance, something that is slowly disappearing across the state. Stopped by for Sunday lunch and had an excellent cheese steak. They also had a cafeteria-style hot bar. Google had the wrong location for me. Restaurant is across the street from a Safeway.
