They rarely have the good sale items in store...which makes it really inconvenient and more costly to have to order online and pay for shipping. The employees at the one in the mall are all kind and vert helpful

Went with my wife since their 3 wick candles are on sale ( $26.50 normally, but $10.00 off ). Plus I needed to get some more cologne Was surprised to find out that they no longer carry Clear Horizon men's cologne, nor body spray. So I went with The mineral and sea salt. Honestly, Iike the way it smells better than I did the Clear Horizon. Got to the counter to check out and the young lady told me they are on sale for $5.95 So since they only had 6 left, I bought them all. lol Also they had their single wick candles @ Two for $22. So I grabbed two of their Black Cherry Merlot. Even went and got one for the vent in the car.

I love bath & body works, usually only order online but I felt like it’d be better to go in & get the gifts I needed in person. I went to the mall location (because I’d never been there)… I walk in, nobody greets me, instead, I notice I’m being followed as soon as I get in… and watched…. And the girl following me didn’t even have the decency to greet me or try to make it seem like she had any kind of customer service skills, literally just stared at me & continued following me throughout the store. It’s quite disappointing… I know I will not be shopping at the bbw Monroe mall location ANYMORE!

Staff is always friendly & willing to help you navigate the plethora of products on display! The coupons & app. rewards are truly magnificent 🙌🏽. This store is the only reason I visit this Mall. Keep up the GREAT work! 💕💜💕.

I just want to know why they go and mess with the ingredients and totally ruin the smell. I have worn moonlight path for years and have had more compliments from men then women and that is clearly who I want to impress. So can someone just answer me why they do this. Every time I try to question staff they all play dumb so I just quit buying there. Just a word of advise to Bath & Body Works quit messing with a good thing.

Oh I love this place. Sign up for their emails and get coupons that actually save you money because you can use more than one coupon per transaction, on top of sale prices! Sales associates are always friendly and willing to help.
