Javier is awesome... he takes care of me every time I go into my AT&T store. He needs a promotion, a big raise and a big bonus! You can't find amazing customer service reps like Javier anymore. He is a unicorn!

Had the goal of upgrading my phone today and initially (& unfortunately) went to an authorized retailer store …realized my mistake and came straight to the store here in Pineville and received STELLAR customer service!!! I had to travel back and forth between the two stores but didn’t mind because these guys were worth it. I’m so upset that I don’t know the name of the first gentleman who helped my husband & I (I want to say Travis) ..but when I came back I had Blake? (Guy with Awesome tattoos!!) and he was absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!! He took the time to double check what the other store did, made sure I was receiving the correct discounts, ensured my phone transferred over correctly and made great recommendations for some add-ons I asked about! He was extremely patient and took his time with our transaction and I’m so appreciative of him!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Worst customer service I’ve ever been provided, walked in and was completely ignored. I don't know if the worker with blonde hair, who finally came and assisted me was a manager or not but she was absolutely no help trying to find a solution to the issue, very dismissive and rude. I've been a loyal customer to AT&T for many years. This was one experience that is making me reconsider ever being with them in the first place!

Rodney King assisted me and my elderly mother. He was fantastic, efficient and thoughtful. I wish every store had 3 or 4 Rodney’s because he is so good at what he does, transferring phones over and explaining everything and offering to help after the sale.

If it was not for Nikita and the staff at this store, At&t would have lost a 20 year customer. AT&T turned off my child's phone stating that it was not compatible with their upgraded network. The phone was new, and they had the exact same one at the store. Apparently AT&t had sent us a new phone without any notice, but they sent it to my old address that I had already requested to be changed several times in the past year. To make a long story short I was told to go to this store and they would give me a phone for her since in reality it had nothing to do with the network, it is all just a ploy to get us to buy phones from them. Anyway, Nikita welcomed me in , but informed me that they ac tually could not help me. What she did do was act as my liason to try to rectify my issue, because I wasn't going to pay for a new phone. We were transferred to 10 different departments on the phone and no one wanted to help!! Finally I got into it with a few agents on the phone because I had been at the store for 3hrs. Nikita and team finally told me to hang up because she knew that I was about to cancel all of my service and leave. She worked it out for my daughter to get a phone from the store since I was not being treated fairly. There are not to many places or people today that will give service like this. She really saved them from losing me and my business forever! She is a star, and whenever I have an opening at my business I will recruit her, so please take care of her and her talent. Thank you Nikita. AT&T I am not done with you yet though.
