I recently went shopping at the Carolina place mall and decided to stop in Sephora to get a quick foundation and contour cream. Yasmin greeted me with a smile and was able to match me without testing (since COVID they cannot let you sample colors). She perfectly matched me to Huda beauty's foundation color. I have never had someone to match my color so perfectly just by looking at the bottle. This girl knows her stuff! Thanks Yasmin for helping me out! I will be back!

I tried to return a gift I got for my birthday last week and was told that it could not be returned as it was over the 60-day limit. Even though I didn’t receive it until last week. They told me they could not help me out

If you want any type of customer service from here, you better not show up in your work clothes. I work in healthcare and stopped after work for some retail therapy. Nobody working in Sephora would give my the time of day..even when I asked about a product. Another lady came in after me dressed to the nines and there were 2 employees who were all about helping her. You lost my money! I will be strictly shopping Ulta from now on.

Customer service was wack. The lady acted like she didn't want to help me from the jump. They didn't have what I wanted but I was going to buy some other items. Decided not to give her my sale. Never experienced this at a sephora before.

First off, I only visited Sephora inside JCP because I was given a gift card that you can only use AT Sephora in JCP. The store was disgusting. Point blank. It wasn’t busy and apparently the two employees had time to discuss work drama behind the counter instead of cleaning up. Also, half the product is out of stock so that means that it looks like a toddler ransacked every shelf. If you’re shopping at this store, you’re only 6 miles from a REAL Sephora and I suggest you just invest the gas and miles to have a decent shopping experience.

I love this Sephora. They are always friendly, & willing to help you from everything from picking the right shade of foundation, or a good brow pencil. If they are out of stock on something, they help you find another product suited to fit your needs, or order it for you. I order the Sephora Play Box which comes with 5 different items depending on your beauty profile, & a card to redeem in store for 50 extra beauty points. The Play Box only costs $10 a month. The box has really helped me expand into other brands I may not have paid much attention to otherwise. Love how everything is set up in the store so you are able to test products before purchasing them. Have been shopping here for years, & will continue to do so!

They have some products that the south park Sephora doesn’t have. Easily schedule custom make overs online through jcpenny website. The only downside is that this location always seems to be lacking product in stock and the displays tend to be very messy. The product samples seem to be dried out/empty. I notice a lot of teens wander in so this probably does not help matters. Being a rogue member I’ve had a make over with three different cast members. It’s also nice that they never pressure me to buy anything, but are helpful in recommending items if I ask.

Do not shop here unless it is a last resort. Customer service is lacking, serious lack of stock even in the items they carry. EVERYTHING IS DIRTY, SWATCHED, OR USED. I trust nothing here unless it is completely sealed. This is not up to Sephora standards and should be shut down to make some serious changes before someone gets an infection.

I was here today to get a makeover for my daughter for her graduation pics and because I didn't schedule an apt, they wouldn't help us. Even though the store was empty. Never coming back here. Went to Merle Norman in Carolina Place and they seated her right away!

Worst Sephora experience ever !! I called to get inventory first time I get hung up on , I figure must be an accident . Second time they tell me they have the item I want in stock . I drive to pick it up to be told they don’t have any and the lady who I spoke with didn’t even check . Disappointed.
