One of the most useless and unprofessional set of people I have ever seen in my life…the manager is no good bad attitude and I believe she is a complete quack. They sold me a defected product I came for a replacement she has the gut to tell me to go deal with the manufacturer in a very rude manner. Never sending my medication there again I don’t deal with losers.

I find Walmart Pharmacy to be knowledgeable, very professional, answered my concerned questions, text me immediately when prescription filled, very friendly, knows me by name, and I will continue to recommend to everyone and friends. Thank you Walmart for best prices also!!!:)

We love the ladies at the Brier Creek WalMart pharmacy. We have gone there for years, and they take excellent care of our family. They know us all by name on sight, and they always help us with our off the wall medical questions with a smile.

This pharmacy is terrible. I have never been to a Pharmacy with such unprofessional people. My experience is that they will sit on time sensitive medication like whatever...until you call. Then give you all kinds of silly excuses as to why they got your order 5 days ago but havent ordered it yet. Simply terrible.

Rude, they took longer to question/argue about what I needed than to get my order, all because they wanted to close(ahead of time) to go to lunch instead of simply serving the two people left in line. Finally got her to get my order(with her saying “fine, I can’t go to lunch” full of anger) which literally took about 10 seconds for them to look it up in the computer and just get off the shelf and hand it to me and they still had an attitude. All that and they still got to leave for their lunch by 1:31pm, these employees suck!!!

This pharmacy is the absolute worst that I’ve ever been to! My wife’s meds are never ready in a timely manner, the staff is rude and their customer service is horrendous! Our internist called in a prescription a week before I went to pick it up and they still had not filled it when I got there. I am changing my insurance carrier this year so that I never have to use Walmart’s pharmacy again.

If I could give one star I would. The staff *excluding the pharmacist* have horrible customer service!! The attitudes from them is ridiculous. As a healthcare professional, I feel empathy for those that live in the area or are seen at neighboring medical facilities because this location is convenient for them. Management should look closely to these reviews and clean house. I think that many of them are beyond helping and customer service training would only prolong the obvious. They need to be fired and those that enjoy working with the public should replace them. It's obvious that they do not enjoy what pays their bills.

Would give zero stars if I could. This place is horrible. The ladies always talk to you like you are wasting their time and that they have better things to do. My prescriptions are never available, I've had to wait a week two times in a row for a very common prescription. The only person who has made me feel at all okay with the experiences their is the African American gentleman whose name escapes me. He is very helpful and kind. I would not recommend going here unless you want to feel like a waste of space.

Worst pharmacy ever. If you are about to transfer your prescription here, then forget it. It took them more than a week and they never contacted my old pharmacy while they know Im out of medicine. They have no problem with lying, they just don't care about customers and not doing their job. Avoid this pharmacy.

This has to be the worst pharmacy ever. My daughter takes 5 prescriptions monthly, we've been w/ this pharmacy over a year now & it's the same thing EVERY month... Constantly running back and forth all month to get the medication she NEEDS. Purely RIDICULOUS. THEY NEVER KEEP ANYTHING STOCKED & NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I don't advise anyone to use this pharmacy.
