The owner John Christie is a Con. We advertised for him for months and every time it came down to paying his bill he lied about our employee performance to get his bill lowered to next to nothing. Literally worst customer we ever had. Owes us thousands in unpaid bills. Our work was more than satisfactory and we even presented him with video proof of great work and he still refused to pay. We HAD to accept his low ball offer to accommodate our payroll. Beware of doing business with him!!!

So disappointed with our entire experience. Within about a month’s timeframe, we visited this store on 2 separate occasions and both times the staff was very unprofessional and rude. Once they knew we were going to make purchases, it was like we were invisible. On both occasions, while our phones were being activated, there was non stop talk amongst themselves and derogatory comments were made about many customers they had experienced throughout their day. Also, on both occasions, I requested my device dollars be used, but instead, I was told the system did not let me use them. No offers or attempts were made to correct this either. Next, the screen protector I paid $40 for, was put in the bag, not on my phone and to make matters even worse, it was not even correct screen protector for my phone. When I took the screen protector back and asked for the correct one, I was told no, and to use the one I was given because it was a package. (I still have the incorrect one on my phone.) Lastly, I was asked for my email so a shipping label could be sent to me that would allow us to mail in our old phone and give us a $1,000 off our new phone. After a week with no email, I called this store and was rudely told she couldn’t do that and I had to call the Verizon customer service number myself. When I asked her why she requested my email if she couldn’t send the email containing the shipping label, I was told, we just can’t do that here. I have been with Verizon for over 20 years and most of my purchases for my entire family have been made at this location, but we will not be making any more purchases from this location nor the company this store represents. To say I am disappointed is putting it nicely.

Shana was very helpful with our family getting new phones. She even helped us sync our Apple watches! We had issues with our rebates, and I called Verizon’s Customer Service, and they were not helpful at all. But I called Shana, and she contacted corporate and got the rebates for us! Shana rocks!!

On the way there my wife talked me into getting a new phone as well. We were greeted at the door by Jordan and 2 staff members, one of which was a trainee. We told Jordan what we were looking for and he explained everything in depth. He helped us save alot for 2 great phones by trading in our phones and explaining different ways to pay for the plans and accessories. Everything went smoothly. And we got out in no time with our new phones. Jordan and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and they almost had us talked into a new iPad while we were there. 10 out of 10 for this place and it's staff. We love our new iPhone and galaxy.
