The female employee didn’t let me use my digital coupons for items even though they were added to my account. She named the coupon out and said I couldn’t use them ( i went to another dollar general and got the items I wanted with the digital coupon that I had added on the dollar general app with no issue) When I told The lady I’m not taking anything she said I know what you guys do and it isn’t allowed. I’m unsure what she meant by that if I was only using their app to scan items .

I rarely use the expression"it is what it is" but Dollar General is what that phrase was coined for. Far less selection than Walmart, merchandise such as apparel and home goods are low quality but cheap and will get you through if you're in a pinch. The store workers were friendly. Store was somewhat messy and disorganized. But I wasn't expecting a Target level experience. Just needed to get a few necessities and didn't want to deal with Walmart.

There was an item I didn't want and the cashier got the manager to delete the item, and her comment was, "they come in and see the price, and then decide they don't want it, I don't blame them." That comment was not necessary and it didn't make me feel good, and I will NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN.

Wonderful place to go. They have a wide variety of items and you don’t have to wait 30 minutes in line to check out.

Every time I go in this store on Brightleaf boulevard Smithfield North Carolina they are never stock up on supplies ,and workers are always in the customers walk ways. Boxes in all the walk ways and not unpacked .Today I had to be moving out of workers way. Not good management , and don't think I will going back to the sight.

This is your typical Dollar General store. They carry the same things as other Dollar General stores. They are still open and trying to practice social distancing in their store. They occasionally have some excellent clearance deals if you happen to be on there when they're having a sale. Otherwise they so have good prices on most everything. Stores can be a little different depending on their location but they're generally the same.

I go at least 10 times a week. The employees are friendly. I always find what I need. Now the the store hours have been extended it's even betty. Management is great.
