Absolutely no customer service. Answered phone like I was bothering them. I would look elsewhere for a good pharmacy.

Hours were validated less than a week ago as 24 hours, pull up and they're closed

Been on hold for 20 min ...called in a prescription a week ahead and still they don't have it. This is something I have to take weekly. What's the point of calling it in if they never answer or refill when needed!

If I could give a zero star I would. Literally do not go here the store manager is not only rude but will harass you the ENTIRE time that you are in there. You cannot shop or even simply checkout without her being on top of you even doing nothing wrong.

I usually use CVS in Goldsboro for myself but today I tried to help a friend out cause she’s been really sick and just came from her dr in Greenville Nc. She needed her meds but wanted to get home so I offered to pick up her stuff for her. First of all, if you don’t like your job then find another, when dealing with the public it’s not always glitter and rainbows but one thing is for certain you should always be friendly and smile through it all. This is my first timing coming to this pharmacy and I guarantee it will be my last. The lady at the drive thru window was so unfriendly, short and will cut you off every time you try to ask a question. She never greeted me when I came to the window, never smiled and her tone was just rude all around. I’m the friendliest person you’ll meet and probably the most patient one also and I always greet everyone with a smile no matter what!! If this lady is this short, rude and unfriendly like this with everyone then I feel sorry for the customers that come here to spend their money. Now I know we all have bad days but you do not let it show when dealing with the public! CVS really needs to reevaluate how their employees are with customers and make some changes. Never have I have dealt with any employee at a pharmacy this impolite and unprofessional as this lady was with me today and I hope I never do again. CVS in Smithfield Nc, fix your employee!! The name on the receipt said Rebekah but not sure if that was who it was, I do know she’s an older lady late 50s early 60s, short and petite with shoulder length blonde/grey hair and wears glass’s. Someone make this lady smile and more friendly! Bless her soul she needs something to make her friendlier!!

Would leave zero stars if possibly. Needs to out patients first. Understand everything going on. But if care isn't what you work for especially in Pharmacy just shut it down. Worst one I have ever used. Keeps calling that medicine is ready and they "don't " see it. So I assume the hospital is wrong...or its two CVS stores at 1180 address. Use any other Pharmacy...do NOT us this one. Drive an hour away. It'll be quicker and you will have your medicine. Especially something important like Diabetic stuff.

so I had never had to use a pharmacy this late at night before.. 11pm and as I quickly scrolling Google for a 24 Pharmacy.. this one (25 min+) away from home is the closest. .. I was skeptical after seeing the negative reviews...but when you don't feel well you go what you gotta do. I called prior to leaving home and the gentleman told me my husband's RX just came through from the DR. and he said it was minutes away from being ready. I let him know I was on my way. I got there.. (1st time visit) he took the insurance info quickly...we paid and we were on our way within minutes. very impressed & would recommend if you are in need of a late night RX run... cause at night is when you feel your worst and need comfort quickly!! thankyou!!

Was told my prescription would be filled by 6 got there at 6:10 had to wait an our in the drive through just to pull up to the window and was told My prescription wouldn’t be filled for another hour, I tried to call the cvs customer service line sat on hold for 30 minutes just for them to hang up on me. Needless to say I’m calling my doctor in the morning to transfer my prescriptions to anywhere but CVS, DO NOT GO HERE they will waste your time and give you an attitude about it.

This pharmacy used to be really good, but over the last couple of years, it has gone downhill in every possible way. I had surgery a couple of months ago, and the nurses in the hospital told us that CVS said my prescriptions were already ready. When we went to pick them up, we were told that they didn't know anything about them and to "give them thirty minutes." Thirty minutes turned into FIVE HOURS. Both the drive-through line and the inside line are always at least five deep. They almost never answer the phone. As you're standing in line, the message thing always repeats how many calls are waiting, and it's never below 6-10. I have currently been on hold with them for over two hours because they promised three prescriptions three days ago, and they are supposedly still "in process." This the LAST TIME I deal with this place. They've lost a years-long customer.

I wish I could leave less than one star. This pharmacy, as everyone else has said, has incredibly long wait times whether you're calling, in the drive thru or in the store. As if that isn't bad enough, the customer service is awful. Last night, I called attempting to get a very important refill for my son. It took almost half an hour to get anyone to answer the phone. Once I was finally able to speak with someone, they took forever to gather my information. They kept putting the phone down, not on hold, so that I could hear the conversations they were having. I was disappointed to hear the pharmacy employees complaining about customers and socializing. Eventually, I was told that they "had to figure something out" and would call me back. Of course, I never got a call back. I called again this morning and after waiting (again) to speak to someone, I was told that the prescription couldn't be filled until I called my insurance company and had them change something in their system. So, after hours on the phone and talking to three different people, I finally found out that calling my insurance company is the only way to get this prescription filled. My young son still doesn't have his life-saving prescription.... I am moving to a new pharmacy as I type this.
