I entered bank at 2:30pm to add myself as POA to my moms account since my dad recently passed. I was told they could not help me today and that I would have to come back another day when they had more staff!!! As soon as I get this account documented…I will close all accounts. If you can’t staff your branch and customers who have taken time off from work cannot get help…close the branch! Terrible customer service!!!!

The absolute worse banking experience I have ever witnessed. Poor customer service. We have had our mortgage with them for years but I assure you as soon as I can get this changed I will.The Smithfield NC branch has no courtesy or customer service.

Prepare for a long wait. Every time I come there many cars waiting for the 1 ATM…really only 1? No walk up, and it’s in the way of the drivethru lanes. Bad customer service!!!

The parking layout is absolutely the worst. It takes 15mins per customer! That is not acceptable when people only have a30 min lunch break. Can someone please train the employees on time management.

My very first time coming to this location. One of the best experience I’ve had at any Wells Fargo. Fast service, even while the manager was training a new hire. I truly appreciate the help with the two certified checks today. Your professionalism, friendliness and customer service made for a wonderful experience.

Horrible Horrible customer service on Friday 5/7, the young lady representing the drive thru did not understand customer delight, very rude and unprofessional, absolutely should not be the face of Wells Fargo for this location. She refused to be helpful and then rudely said you can come into the branch if you would like, when informing her the signs out front said appointment only.. she was quick to reply oh no that's not the case and said maybe you should come inside, she had all information needed to processes the simple request needed that should have taken maybe 5 minutes. A customer of over 15+ years, this was absolutely the worst experience ever and i will be continuing to share this experience... this was the first time and last time I will ever go to this location. Wells Fargo you should be embarrassed!!!!

Drive thru is always lined up out into the street because they won’t open back up inside like the rest of the banks have. I’ve been sitting here for almost 30 minutes for only two cars in front of me because they are having to conduct business at the drive thru. The second drive thru line is also moving just as slowly. Come on Wells Fargo. This is terrible customer service.

Door has sign and says "appointment only" go to drive thru you risk car being hit because the lane is designed for maybe 3 cars and the rest have to block city traffic lanes. When you reach the window the teller says oh the inside is open. Come inside they run at you screaming " do you have an appointment" then say ok the teller services are available. Poor policy of customer service and poor handling of customer support.

I can understand the 2.3. This is the slowest Wells Fargo I have visited on the inside. Always be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait! Both Garner locations are fast. Others in Raleigh are fast! This location is a joke! Staff never friendly. You seem to be a bother. Actually it's kind of sad.

Worst Wells Fargo location I have been to. ATM is always completely down or the deposit feature is unavailable. Long lines at counter service, their computers seem slow. And to top it off the exterior grounds are always full of litter. I'm not sure why this location isn't kept up to WF standards like their other locations. Disappointing!
