If I'm purchasing stuff directly in store, service and help are a joy, but placing any online order is a nightmare. I ordered a dishwasher a month ago, after the dishwasher we'd purchase only weeks before that had a circuit board failure. Even made sure this current order was an in-store pickup so there would be less hassle with the delivery; one month, still no dishwasher. Everytime I call or go into the store to check my order status, the excuses are always different; and when I called this morning I was hung up on after being on hold for a while.
Seriously y'all, just be honest. If you lost the order, just admit it. If it's stuck in transit, just give me the tracking number so I don't keep getting passed back and forth between customer service, the pro desk (no clue why you transfer me there), and receiving department, stuck on hold for an hour. I'm still sitting here, out $589 with no dishwasher, in a black hole with no straight answers, and you just hang up on me like that? Usually, I'm pretty patient and don't sweat stuff like this, but this is getting beyond ridiculous.
Update: The order "arrived" at the store a very coincidental hour after I posted this review. The dishwasher is satisfactory and the situation has been resolved. ~Melissa
