First time ordering curbside carry out. My order was placed at 558 pm with an estimated pickup time of 730pm. With the time difference, it seems like that’s the time they would be done making my order. My order was completed in 30 min (which is great) however, since I was tracking a 730 pickup, I did not come within 30 min. With that being said, I would expect my order to be under some type of heating system. Not the case. My order was stone cold and hard. Even taking into account the travel time to get home, my order should not have been this cold. Because it was cold, it had a gritty texture. I can only assume that if once my order was made, it sat out for more than 30 min. My 2 liter soda was also room temperature. Not satisfied. ~Jasmine

My mother and I went in to shop, my mother IN DOCTORS UNIFORM, a store associate accused me of stealing because something was hung on me.. and loudly said it in front of the store instead of saying mam there is a product STUCK ON YOU. Will never return to be accused of stealing from a minimum wage worker. ~Johnny

I usually use CVS in Goldsboro for myself but today I tried to help a friend out cause she’s been really sick and just came from her dr in Greenville Nc. She needed her meds but wanted to get home so I offered to pick up her stuff for her. First of all, if you don’t like your job then find another, when dealing with the public it’s not always glitter and rainbows but one thing is for certain you should always be friendly and smile through it all. This is my first timing coming to this pharmacy and I guarantee it will be my last. The lady at the drive thru window was so unfriendly, short and will cut you off every time you try to ask a question. She never greeted me when I came to the window, never smiled and her tone was just rude all around. I’m the friendliest person you’ll meet and probably the most patient one also and I always greet everyone with a smile no matter what!! If this lady is this short, rude and unfriendly like this with everyone then I feel sorry for the customers that come here to spend their money. Now I know we all have bad days but you do not let it show when dealing with the public! CVS really needs to reevaluate how their employees are with customers and make some changes. Never have I have dealt with any employee at a pharmacy this impolite and unprofessional as this lady was with me today and I hope I never do again. CVS in Smithfield Nc, fix your employee!! The name on the receipt said Rebekah but not sure if that was who it was, I do know she’s an older lady late 50s early 60s, short and petite with shoulder length blonde/grey hair and wears glass’s. Someone make this lady smile and more friendly! Bless her soul she needs something to make her friendlier!! ~Harmony

If I'm purchasing stuff directly in store, service and help are a joy, but placing any online order is a nightmare. I ordered a dishwasher a month ago, after the dishwasher we'd purchase only weeks before that had a circuit board failure. Even made sure this current order was an in-store pickup so there would be less hassle with the delivery; one month, still no dishwasher. Everytime I call or go into the store to check my order status, the excuses are always different; and when I called this morning I was hung up on after being on hold for a while. Seriously y'all, just be honest. If you lost the order, just admit it. If it's stuck in transit, just give me the tracking number so I don't keep getting passed back and forth between customer service, the pro desk (no clue why you transfer me there), and receiving department, stuck on hold for an hour. I'm still sitting here, out $589 with no dishwasher, in a black hole with no straight answers, and you just hang up on me like that? Usually, I'm pretty patient and don't sweat stuff like this, but this is getting beyond ridiculous. Update: The order "arrived" at the store a very coincidental hour after I posted this review. The dishwasher is satisfactory and the situation has been resolved. ~Melissa

I shop at walmart all the time, especially this location. I normally have no complaints. However recently I have come to the store and they would have isles and areas blocked off with restocking pallets or other things. The store isn't open 24 hours anymore, the "bulk" restocking should be done after hours in my opinion. If you try to go around or cross paths with a good majority of the restockers or employees with the big carts shopping for the online orders good luck. They seem like they would rather be anywhere else than there and give you the "how dare you get in my way" reaction. So I guess my rating would be based off of the lack of the ability to maneuver around the store freely without having to dodge disgruntled employees. ~Jordan
Happy Nails
I was really looking forward to getting my nails done for New Years. It took almost 2 hours, which I understand these things take time. But for the two hours I sat there, I was not impressed with the quality. I asked for coffin shaped and only half of my nails are actually coffin shaped. The acrylic is not even on some of them and you can see the gel too coat on my cuticle, it looks very sloppy. I don’t get my nails done pretty much ever but I do know what a good manicure looks like, this isn’t it, especially for the price I paid. Service: Acrylic nails ~Kasey

I don’t remember the name military guy that works there but he was so nice that night helping me. I was visiting Virginia Beach (coming from MD) I bought an alternator for my van after he diagnosed my vehicle. Thank you autozone for to have workers like him. ~Walter
