This was my first visit. I hope I just chose a bad day to go here. I was told several employees went away together so they were short staffed. I had already waited a long time and was not leaving. I waited 2-1/2 hours. I was not very happy with the clean up job I received on my nails. I had acrylic under my nails when she was done. I had to ask her to clean it up. My nails did end up look nice. I may give them another try. Service: Acrylic nails

Terrible service!!! One of the technicians was aggressive with my hands. While not noticing what she was doing, she cut my finger. It was bleeding and she kept on cutting the cuticles. It kept bleeding and I asked her for some alcohol or antiseptic. She then used a cotton ball with alcohol to stop the bleeding and finally apologized. She scrapped off the polish of my nails with an insyrument instead of using nail polish remover. It was the worst manicure I've ever gotten and I do not plan to return. Service: Manicures

Went in to get a repair and fill on a gorgeous set! I’m a nail baddie. I Asked to make sure someone could redo a similar set. I was assured they could. Only to later be told they can only do straight colors, no rhinestones, no fades, no designs, no ombres NOTHING!! I was told by Tom I could get these things done elsewhere even though they charged me $55 for a repair and fill! Now I have to go find someone else who can give me the set I desire since all they do is paint nails. It was a waste of money, very poor service. Sadly Not at all what it use to be when Liam & Anne were here. Like hello, did I walk into a nail salon or a kindergarten art class?? Service: Nail art

This is the worst nail place ever I haven’t even had my nails 3 weeks and they are off becuae the rude man who works there was doing too fast . Been going for some years and the quality of service has declined. The new girls there really take their time but the old crew does such as rush job. Have to find a new place asap! I had so much build up of dead skin on my feet it was ridiculous especially when I get a pedicure once a month. The new tech had done what should have been at every pedicure. Got dip service and nails are never even or shaped the same. No one can ever do a simple design. My days are number until I can find a new place. Services: Dip powder, Pedicures

I was really looking forward to getting my nails done for New Years. It took almost 2 hours, which I understand these things take time. But for the two hours I sat there, I was not impressed with the quality. I asked for coffin shaped and only half of my nails are actually coffin shaped. The acrylic is not even on some of them and you can see the gel too coat on my cuticle, it looks very sloppy. I don’t get my nails done pretty much ever but I do know what a good manicure looks like, this isn’t it, especially for the price I paid. Service: Acrylic nails

They were able to sit me immediately, as a walk-in appointment. It was a quiet Tuesday afternoon, though. Guy was gentle and efficient, and everyone seemed to enjoy their job and get along. Nice environment and people, and now I have adorable baby blue dip-nails! (without acrylic tips) Total was $43 (tip not included) so not bad on prices either. Totally will come back. I dont get my nails done but wanted to do something special for Christmas this year! My technician Mai Vu was absolutely excellent. I got acrylic nails short because I work in gel Christmas colors and she did amazing Christmas trees on my thumb nails! I believe in giving credit for a job well done. It wasn't too expensive and I am totally blown away with how great they came out! So 5 stars all the way! Service: Acrylic nails

Nope. Wont go back. While this place has two walls of nail colors and a pedicure nook that looks full of zen and ambiance - the vibes are not awesome. They seem to be lacking a certain give-a-poo factor. I received poor service, with what I'm sure are unclean low quality tools (something I didn't realize until after I watched him put the tools back in that blue pouch, fold the flap, and put it back in his drawer), and and when I asked him to fix a defect in the polished - He first blamed in on my nail; then huffed, roughly (with no regard for my nail underneath) just spot filed that part and globbed more color on - leaving it looking cheap and armature'ish.

The hand foot and legs massages are very relaxing. So are the message chairs. I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 because the woman doing my nails tore off my gel nail polish instead of soaking it or filling it off,and that was painful. Also they use timers, and I don't like feeling rushed out. But over all it a beautiful experience here. They are very polite and cater to you.
