Stopped in at 11:05 tonight. 24 hour gas station. Really had to use the restroom. Guys at front counter say rest rooms closed. I said how can you have a place with no facilities staying open 24 hours? He said dairy queen requires it we don't. As I walked out the attendee said behind my back damn why you got to be a dick about it. Very poor customer service. Will be back in morning to complain to Management.

To the GM working in this store at 11.06 am on 11-17-18 you had no reason to talk to the girl at the counter the way you did and in front of a customer you're just disrespectful there is a office in the back for a reason just because you only have half of one arm don't mean you need to be rude to people I'm sorry people hurt your feelings about your arm but there's no reason for you to sit there and talk to him the way you did I am ashamed I'm glad I said something to you
