This place is a mess. Things are not well stocked. Husband wanted 2x4x8 just a few out that weren't in good shape. Finally found someone to ask if they had more. Said they did, waited awhile no one came out with any so left. Many items were not priced, then we get to check out and the cashier can't find prices. She was told after finding price, that we felt was too expensive, that we did not want them. Later on we discovered we were charged for them( wall caps) that we didn't want or get! Did go back and get a refund, but we shouldn't had to. Need more employee training! And get out there and make sure prices are marked and shelves are stocked.

Lowes has a good selection of items at decent prices. They would do well to be customer service focused like their orange counterpart.

Great place to shop. I have shopped in store and ordered on line for pickup. All your associates were extremely helpful and greeted me when I approached them. I would like to give an extra compliment to Heather who works in the customer pickup area. She is extremely helpful, personable and a great asset for your company. She definitely deserves a raise and or promotion.

Either they just stare off in space like the lady today, or they just say we don't have that. No, can I help you by ordering one. Especially when it is an item that is posted online as in the store... You might as well go to Waynesville or Franklin because this store won't have it.

I had a coupon for a free mother's day flower! The coupon said to pick up at the sylva store on 5-5-2022 between 5 -6pm. Arrived at 5pm. The young man running the register in the garden center (where it stated to pick up) had no idea....he didn't know how to call customer service or a manager. Then told me to go pick a flower. I did and went back to him at register. He then said "I don't know how to ring it up at no cost". Once again, I ask him to Get a manager. And once again, told me he didn't know how to call one. I went to my car and tried to call customer svice after 4 calls and NO ANSWER . I left. Very poor customer service.

Normally I prefer this location over the Waynesville one. But this visit in particular was strange. There were a number of staff members standing near the entrance talking. They were also occupying a majority of the walking space. The oddest part was while we were leaving. I noticed that there were 4 men standing in the same spot talking about their boots. Hands in pockets. We had to squeeze past them to get to the registers. Meanwhile the women handling the registers were working hard, speeding around and taking care of customers.

The Lowe's chain is generally fine home improvement store, but this particular Lowe's has a standout employee in their Kitchen Design Center. John took our general design and turned it into a doable exercise. He suggested ways to save money, simplify the installation, and improved our original concept. With many thanks to John's great efforts, we will soon have a remarkable, updated, and convenient kitchen. Wife and I couldn't be happier. Update. Couple of months have passed and we couldn't be happier with the kitchen. John from Lowe's is still a hero. It's a very functional kitchen and the final price was under budget.

I can usually get what I need here but they are lacking in product selection in some cases. The employees are friendly, however and they allow dogs (Not just service dogs). But the best part of this Lowe's is it's garden center. That's the one place in this store where I've never been disappointed.
