They have the inside closed everyday after 4pm. With one lane open… I literally only go to get a frappe in the afternoon & 95% of the time they can’t make it claiming something different everyday. Unless the manager is there then they do… staff is nice. But just seems like management needs to be refreshed. With talking to the morning staff I was informed that there should be no reason they couldn’t make the speciality coffees…

Expresso machine seems to be broken every time I go to this location. Ordered 40 nuggets for the kids and didn't get a single dipping sauce or any napkins. I should have known the order wasn't going to be correct when I had to ask for straws for the drinks. 3rd time in a row that this location has let me down. Won't be going back...

Curbside pickup is always blocked off with cones but still selectable in the app. Lobby closes at 6pm but pickup in store option was still available in the app. Surprise! The front door is locked and a phone number is posted to call for mobile order pickup. I called just to be told go wait in the drive thru line then hung up. Had to wait nearly 30 mins in drive thru line to pickup a mobile order that was already stone cold.

McDonald's is as cheap, quick and unhealthy ask you can get. They don't need to pretend like they are some futuristic upscale restaurant of the 21st Century. The human touch is still very much alive.

The cashier asked the cooks for a side of bacon and they completely ignored her. Eating out would be great if the food wasn’t consistently messed up

I love that McDonald's offers any size soft drink for $1.00! I go at least twice a day to get one or two drinks. But I am disappointed that when I order food it is never hot but barely warm, if not room temperature, especially when it comes to the french fries.

Ordered at the kiosk. It reads on the placard that the food will be delivered to your table. I waited and waited. The employee at the counter called my number and I had to pick up my food at the counter. If the procedure is one needs to pick up their food then it should state that.
