Jonathan and his team at R & S did great work fixing my 01 GMC 2500. It had rusted out cross members, cab corners and rocker panels and they made it look fantastic after all the repairs. Definitely recommend them.

I took my 2015 ford explorer in i had a clunking in the front end they said it was the shocks and suspension over 600$ to fix it as soon as I pulled off the clunking was still there so I took it back in and with in 10 mins relooking at it found that all the problem was a 106$ problem a motor mount so I was just charged over 600$ for fixing a problem I didn't have in the first place and then wanted to charge me for that also needless to say I won't go back there or recommend anyone else going there either Service: Steering & suspension repair

They were towing my broke when a strapped snapped and my truck rolled into the front of the tow bed and damaged my bumper. The driver informed use right away along with his boss. They made it right. The replaced my bumper and brackets and painted it to match. I didn't have to pay a thing. They even went as far as to detail the inside and outside of my truck. I have not been to R&S, BUT I have called inquiring about NC Emissions and Vehicle Inspection Requirements. I was given correct information, as well as given the correct Dept at DMV for additional information. The Inspection Officer was very courteous and knowledgeable. I WILL USE R & S for future services. Told by OTHER shops, that I needed to replace BOTH of my Catalytic Convertors...turned out what I replaced: Sensor, BOTH Catalytic Converters, Starter, Battery, Valve Cover Gasket & Spark Plug Gasket/O-Rings were replaced (TWICE BY TWO DIFFERENT AREA BUSINESSES within a day-1/2 days of each other), Radiator Hose. Oh, not to forget that at TWO "businesses, when told, "Your car is ready," I didn't get off either of their lots, discovering that my CHECK ENGINE LIGHT was STILL ON, and ONE Shop- I had developed TWO OIL LEAKS THAT WEREN'T THERE BEFORE! NOT TO MENTION THAT I WAS TOLD THAT I ALSO NEED AN OIL PAN GASKET AS WELL. Oh and the oil leak really does exist, SUDDENLY VERY APPARENT- EVIDENCED BY ALL THIS OIL LEAK ON MY LAWN...THAT WAS NEVER THERE BEFORE. Oh and let's not forget the Downstream Oxygen Sensor that NEVER THREW A CODE...UNTILL I WENT TO PICK UP THE CAR FROM THE SHOP. THESE Places of Business were the businesses used in attempts to find good, honest, reputable people: ONE Auto Repair Shop even put black grease inside of one of the wiring harnesses on the electrical contacts. All of these tricks of the trade done intentionally to get you right back for more repairs...one auto shop, I was unable to keep my car running to even get off their lot. Was also unable to get my original battery back that I was told was in my trunk & kept testing as good/having 2/3 Battery Life Left remaining. STILL being put off in regards to obtaining my original battery. NC NEEDS REGULATION OF THESE BUSINESSES TO ELIMINATE THESE AUTO REPAIR SHOPS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE--PARTICULARLY THE ELDERLY. They are ROBBING PEOPLE. AND ONE HAS TO PAY THE "BILL" TO OBTAIN THEIR CAR. SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE!! NC Locations: Wallace, White Lake, Elizabethtown, Rose Hill.
