Place always has a line at the drive thru. Service inside is slow but food is usually hot when you get it Kid-friendliness: Happy Meals Parking: Always has a long drive thru line which can make parking a hassle a lot of the time Wheelchair accessibility: Have several spacious handicapped parking places near the door of the drive thru line does not not have them blocked. Space inside is is cramped for a wheel chair

Lets put it this way the majority of the staff are super hard workers and are paid an embarrassing amount hourly for what they are expected to do, most of you know the old saying and forgive me for not being PC but too many chiefs not enough Indians. Well that's exactly what's going on at this location the management is very top heavy and paid very well to basically delegate tasks to the quote replaceable employees who are actually the backbone of this particular franchise. I worked at this location for a month until I couldn't stomach the pettiness and cattiness of the women that are running the establishment. I've witnessed numerous customers have their orders be wrong most of the people that work in the Drive-Thru are extremely rude and you have a majority of gen Z's there that don't take pride in what they do and are extremely combative with customers pair that with management that can't tell the good employees from the bad and you have a recipe for disaster. Despite all of this I have to say the place is immaculately clean with the exception of the ice cream machine don't eat it it's cleaned once a month which is State regulation but take one whiff of that thing and you'd want to throw up and never eat ice cream again.I worked for a very lucrative Bakery and owned a bakery with my ex and we cleaned our ice cream machine daily.

Does not taste bad or look bad but they have messed up my order multiple times and today was the last straw. All I asked was for 2 cheeseburgers only onions. They gave me 2 burgers everything but onions. Completely backwards and not worth anymore of my money. Last time I'll ever go to the yadkinville branch.

Doesn't matter which McDonald's you go to. The ice cream machines are always down so you can't get ice cream or shakes. Not to mention you can eat cheaper at a restaurant with more nutritious meals. Two Hamburger meals cost over 19.00 at Mcd's.
