Female Manager with glasses is very rude. I placed an order through the app, was charged and got my receipt. Checked in when I got there, spoke with 2 different people and waited over 20 minutes, was basically told to get lost and that they wouldn’t make my food.

Come on guys. It was a big order, but pay attention. Thank goodness we checked the bag and receipt. Charged for an extra drink, put tomatoes on that we didn't want and I paid for extra sour cream on a burrito that I didn't get. It was really well-staffed and y'all were really loud. Get it together.

You have to self order and pay using a touch screen, no person at front counter until they call your name, removing people to save $$ tells me that you are not family friendly. We'll be going to other places in the near future

Management needs to update their hours. They say they open at 7am for breakfast Friday thru Sunday, but that is not true. I have been by several times to try to pickup breakfast in the drive-thru and they aren't open
