I made a order on Father's day my family and I where waiting for over one hour. I call back and she said the delivery driver went to my house and he call and he knock and no one answer.. It was a lie we was waiting for over on hour literally looking outside to make sure we get the pizza.. this people are very very bad In service and in customer service. Horrible would not recommend

Called @ 8:45p.m. got remote operator, said he is not at the store. Took my order over the phone said it'd be 70 to 80 minutes and then later I got a call saying preparing order, also I call next day got live person they said call did go to remote operator also the store callede said they wanted to verify not a scam said they left voicemail they did not I called number right back no answer. nothing came and now store phone never says closed. They totally lied did a fake order. At least say camel or not gonna happen basically liars here. Worst papa John's ever BEWARE DO NOT RISK ZERO COMMUNICATION . JUST FAKE PIZZA DELIVERY HUSTLE. This was gonna be a $48 dollar order and $12 tip I repeat don't trust the call taker

I had to stop ordering from them. They get so many orders wrong and when you call them to fix it. They get an attitude and say you are wrong. My neighbor warned me and I didn't listen. But now I understand just what they were talking about.

Pizza was aweful. I ordered the NY pizza and got hand tossed. The crust was thick and chewy. Will not order again. Gross

Only gave them one star so I could give a review. Otherwise they get -5 stars. Walked in a thought I was in "Da club"! The obnoxious music was incredibly loud. The order was more than my wife said it would be so I asked her to call them and straighten it out. The so called manager got nasty with my wife and hung up on her. I'm done with these people.

Last night I ordered a medium sized pepperoni pizza and received a cheese pizza. Once I called the store to request a corrected pizza, i was told i will not receive a credit or a corrected pizza without showing my receipt in person. My receipt clearly says pepperoni. It took me about 7 minutes to arrive at the store. Once I arrived, I was told by a manager I can not receive a new pizza without returning the old one although I provided my receipt. Please avoid this store until they receive new management and the employees are properly training on customer service. It is not worth it.

The GM of the Zebulon location provided us with exceptional customer service. About a month ago we moved into our new house and the subdivision had been updated yet. So he actually was the 1 who delivered and accidentally forgot a piece of the order. So he drove back and brought it back. He refunded our money and actually credited the $60 order to our account. Absolute man of his word, because I called up and he remembered….without hassle put our order in and got it right out to us. Rarely any issues with this store….but people are people and people make mistakes….when they do….they take care of you. Thank you guys!

The pizza was ordered and delivered within the hour by Matthew. Awesome food, friendly service! I'd prefer Matthew deliver our Pizza Hut orders every time. Great experience.

They always get it right, it’s always fresh and hot. The service is amazing whether it’s delivery or carry out. Tonight (September 22, 2021) I went in to pick up my food and all the employees acknowledged me and greeted me happily and they were all smiling and cheerful. It was so refreshing to feel the atmosphere they created for the restaurant. I work fast food so I know that’s not always easy to do. They made the best of it and it was contagious. I admire each of them, they all deserve raises and promotions in my opinion. 10/10.
