Their car wash is great but their vacuum’s are terrible. I go to this one every now and then because it’s close to my house but I prefer the one that is further down Ridge Rd. Across from Doughnuts Delights! The staff at that one is awesome, the car wash is awesome , and they always make sure the vacuum’s always work to the best of its capability and there are a lot more than 4 vacuum’s to use!

They keep charging me for months even after I canceled twice... not sure what to do at this point. Can't even use the subscription car wash because I don't have the car any more (thats why I wanted to cancel...)

Ripped my back bumper off -- the side spinner caught in the bumper somehow and they IMMEDIATELY told me they would deny claim when I went into the office. Also told me I could call the district mgr and they would tell me the same thing. Got no where with corp office -- HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE --- HORRIBLE!!! If 0 stars allowed I would give 0

I believe that Royal Car Wash washes lower on your vehicle than Delta Sonic, as below the doors at Delta is always still dirty. My issue is the monthly cost going up after its most recent purchase. Delta is 20.00 less but obviously I’ll be back in winter to rid the salt

Their car wash is great but their vacuum’s are terrible. I go to this one every now and then because it’s close to my house but I prefer the one that is further down Ridge Rd. It’s a car wash…the line tends to move pretty quick and the spinning brushes seem to do a great job, however, the price point is exactly on point with other car wash businesses in the area, however this brand does not hand dry your car and only offers a 10 day guarantee not a 14 day.

Went here to use the free vacuums to clean my car. No time limit on the vacuums, and multiple spaces so I did not have to wait. The vacuums have okay suction, it got the top layer of dirt and debris out of my car which was good enough for me. Two different vacuum attachments which was helpful to get into smaller crevices. I also like that they had a trash can next to the vacuums so that you could throw away any larger garbage items you had collected in your car that were unable to be sucked up by the vacuum

Good deal as far as unlimited washes, as long as you get your car washed 3-4 times a month... The con, is the lines are almost always waaaay to long to wait. As long as you're there at a time it's not swamped, it'll be a good experience.

The temperature was so cold that my mirrors froze over by the time my car made it through the car wash. I came around a second time, and mentioned it to one of the workers. Another employee joined, and then a third, all courteous and eager to assist. The washed down my windows again, and sent me through a second time a little slower with the door closed so that the freezing air wouldn't affect my mirrors during the wash. It worked!!!! I was so grateful and thankful for the attentiveness, responsiness, and problem-solving of the team serving me! You guys (and lady) are awesome!!!!

Have a car under 4 years old, broke my mirror cover off, cost me 240 to fix, they don't want to cover it because their disclaimer says doesn't cover mirrors. Literally just had the whole door replaced, this is a brand new mirror; and they still don't care. Just in case you're safe because you got a new car, don't!!! Wouldn't recommend! I can see why they're selling it.... Services: Polishing, Vacuuming, Car waxing, Auto interior vacuuming

This is a great car wash. I like this location better than the irondequiot one,but they have better vacuums than here. If you guys upgrade your vacuums I’d give you five stars.
