What's the point in having a service desk for exchanges/returns if it's not going to operate WITHIN the store hours? When I get up for work and go to start my Walmart battery powered vehicle and it's dead, im told no one is there to help, and I can't get an exchange until they open the desk in another hour. I got a jump to get my vehicle to the store, so I'm supposed to be stuck waiting over an hour for the desk to open? NO ONE is there to help? Finally, after going and grabbing a new battery myself and standing, waiting around for a while (as I had no choice) another employee was kind enough to assist and took care of my issue promptly. HUGE thank you to Djenee!

Overall not awful. The clothes are household items are very reasonably priced. The groceries aren't bad either. I typically do however stay away from the meat and seafood. I'd go knowing what you want because finding someone to assist you isn't always the easiest.

Walmart is always great except for when I go to get some of my favorite items and they are completely sold out. Also when I am taking someone there to "grab one or a few items and that's all" because that's when Walmart turns into the Bermuda triangle CTFU 🤣

Every time me or my family tries to call, there’s either Someone answering the phone that doesn’t speak English or your just transferred to another line or department where you eventually never reach someone, I was transferred 4 times then put on hold for a total of 1 hour, 37 minutes & 56 seconds then the phone just hung up!. Very unsatisfied when you aren’t able to call your favorite store just to ask a simple question.

I asked an associate that was stocking items in the clothing section next to the main register area why there were no open registers. The associate looked at me in disgust and said "We can't get anyone to show up for work". No assistance was offered just indifference. There were associates everywhere in the store including the self checkout, but no one was interested in helping. Go to a walmart that doesnt have self checkout if you have to go to walmart.

Top notch prices and everything you need in one place. It’s true the lines can be long and finding things hard but they’ve addressed all those things. 1.) The app is accurate and more helpful than any staff member. Find everything you need on it! 2.) Self checkout has reduced lines to almost nothing. Walmart is still crushing it.
