AT&T associate Darren Z was amazingly helpful and effective in helping me both update my phone data plan and helping me secure a new Apple Watch for a decent monthly payment plan deal. Quality customer service and it made for a great customer experience for me. I appreciate the AT&T employees and their service to the customers.

I came in yesterday and the guy I dealt with didn’t seem like he wanted to help us and assumed I wouldn’t have money for my down payment so I went along with it and went to T mobile and got my iPhone 13. I wasn’t spending my money with him the energy was just off he made me never want to return to that store again

If you asked me a few months ago about AT&T I would have said "I love my service." I left my Florida home headed up north to visit friends and family. I had a prepaid plan for the last 3 years. My first stop was in Tennessee. About two hours after arriving my phone gave me a sim card error. The next day I goto an at&t store. The told me my account had been cancelled and I had to call customer service. I called customer service and they said my phone was no longer supported so they cancelled my prepaid plan which there is no refunds and if I wanted to keep my phone that I've had for over 30 years I have to get a phone and a new plan within 48 hours or my number could be lost. How's that for a gun to your head. So I was forced to buy a phone and plan. After that I went to Verizon with a another new phone I purchased for the Verizon network and switched. Reset the at&t phone and return it but still had to pay a restocking fee and had to eat the cost of the plan. Here's the crazy part. When I got the new phone from at&t my old phone, the one that didn't work on at&t anymore? The reactivated it so I could confirm it was me. Then said once the new phone is working don't use your old one. So it did work on there system without issues. Once the reactivated my phone all my emails, text messages and missed calls loaded up.

The service I received yesterday was above more than any words could explain! Ashley was the name of the woman that helped me when I went in the store. I went in just to add a line with the cheapest phone cause times are tuff but she made it her objective to help me more than she obviously had to. instead of just taking the fastest and easiest way to complete the transaction she went through all kinds of different loops to get me the best deal and or promotion she possible could and with respecting I didn't have much to spend. Not only did I leave with a very nice higher end phone but also got the the screen protector and a case for basically nothing. Also she got it so my payments are less than a gallon of milk a month and all sorts of other beneficial goodies. I highly recommend at&t on west ridge road next to AutoZone to anyone and everyone looking for a phone or even switching your carrier over to them!

Darren was awesome !!!! He helped me fix an issue on my phone that even apple would not even help me with and fixed my family plan. I am very happy with the results. Awesome experience for me and my family !!!

Your Greece ridge store rep Otto helped me to clearly understand the phone upgrade which i proceeded to do. Otto had Jeff do my paperwork to process my order and assisted me in purchasing my accessories to protect my i 13 pro max. I was greatly surprised at how quickly my phone arrived so i went back to the store and Otto helped with the transfers. I did have to come back because my screen protector cracked my and Otto had Mayah help me with processing the replacement. I was a frequent customer at the Henrietta store but this store excells in customer service!
