I like their selection of clothes and sneakers. Staff is helpful and to me, reminds me of JC Penny's in it's day before online shopping took over. Also can take Amazon returns there. My knock on them is their coupons and "discounts". Rarely if ever do they apply to what you want (the ones they mail you) and is a ploy to get you in to sign up for a credit card and get Kohl's cash which, chances are you'll never use within the short timeframe needed to use it. I think it is in poor taste and you leave feeling, you have been played. Don't like that feeling which is why I'll shop elsewhere most times.

Wish it wasnt so out the way but it was quick and easy had to return my Amazon package and it was quick and simple the booth is located on the right side of the store by the children's section.

Just moved to the Rochester area, and first time in this store. Personnel very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable of the product and location in the store. One associate even walked us (my wife and I) all the way to the area we were looking for. There was some construction going on in the store, however; the store was exceptionally clean, and dust free. Also, at the checkout, the associate was on her first day at the register, and did and excellent job. Overall, our first visit to this store, will not be our last. If stars were available, definitely 10 *'s.

Kohl's in Greece, is definitely worth the visit. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a friendly cashier. I will definitely shop there more often. Found the t-shirts I needed easily. They have items for everyone. Also plenty of deals and clearance items.
