The manager was trying to tell me my oil was completely gone, which didn't make any sense. He then said that you can't trust new gmcs and chevys.. My truck is a toyota and a 2015. Then he came back later and said, you can't trust older vehicles. I had a coupon from the app and he said they couldn't honor it since it was corporate who sent the coupon out. His crew was great and did a great job.

Went for an oil change, turns out the dura blend is discontinued so theres only one option and its over 80 bucks for it. I said I wasn't going to pay that much for an oil change when i use to get it for 50-60 total. He said have a good day and went off to wave me out but no one closed my hood after i had popped it so that was cool. Won't be going to valvoline anymore.

They are OK, when they change your oli they give you 10 dollars coupon for a car wash and the wash is never open 😉. Always shut down. I like that you get to stay in your car for the oil change.

Never will I go here again because of the two bald guys that think they can try and upcharge you for a standard oil change. I let them know what oil I needed in my vehicle, and they instantly got smart with me. Smart by letting me know there system recommended a certain type and if I don't use the one recommended I need to sign a waver for release of liability on the motor. I couldn't begin to tell you how many other ways there so called team was rude in just the general way of speaking with eachother. Crooks Service: Oil change

I sent my husband here with two vehicles in one day for routine oil changes, and I’m FLABBERGASTED by what they think they can charge. I am accustomed to paying $65 for a speedy oil change, fabulous complimentary car wash, and additional vehicle checks at a GM certified dealership. Our oil changes at Valvoline were $115 and $122 AFTER coupons were used for each service. I will be headed back to Luther Family GMC or another GM certified dealer for a much more reasonable, high quality oil change from here on out. Service: Oil change
