I'm all about representing your brand. Today was the third time I went into the new Sephora in West Acres, and for the third time I was so disappointed. Their beauty staff was disappointing. Make up or not, last night party hair, faded black outfits and blue masks weren't the worst of it. I wanted to walk in there and BUY MAKEUP, not wonder how or why they would hire people that didn't walk and talk the look, feel and specialization of what Sephora is. The make up that was worn, didn't complement skin, tones or trends that glow on social media, or should at all be invited in our daily routines. No individuality, no spark and absolutely no desire to represent the brand. While I was asked if I needed anything 20 times, I waited in line for 30 min just to set the things I wanted aside as the girl with the non blended blue eyeshadow knew she lost a customer because of the lack of help of her team mates.
