Been here 100 times got carded and happy to present it 100 times to the same woman DONNA and the one time I forget it I get carded and it’s because “she has to card everyone” but watched her not card the gentleman in front of me and when I said something about it blatantly lied to me and said that she did!! I smell a racist.

The lady in front of the line was allowed to take five minutes of everybody’s time explaining to the young girl how to make change I tried to explain to the lady how rude she was. She was obviously inebriated and should not have been Allowed to purchase more alcohol! Almost got in an argument with her. I just left my stuff and walked out!

Honestly, we would originally give them a 4 - but the good tasting sandwiches (better than Sheetz) and friendly management (willing to listen to suggestions) pushed it to a solid 5 star review. The biggest issue is cleanliness. Parkin lot's mostly. Restrooms second. If you are going to best Sheetz (we hope you do) , you need to have someone out there cleaning every hour or two. Just a sweep. Your kitchen is only as good as your parking lot. Next, please stop taking our keys to use our rewards points or pump fuel. This is insulting. This is also dangerous in an emergency (what if there were a fire and we had our kids in the car?). We typically pay with card so it isn't an issue, but when paying with cash it is a huge burden. Please revise. Sheetz will never take your license. Also, please revise the price of milk. It is twice what you charge down the street for the same product. It is hard to rationalize. Respectfully, It feels like a slap in the face since you can go to your GE store down the road (or literally in the same parking lot as the neighboring GetGo) and get an identical product for half the price. Who cares what other convenient stores are doing. Be different. Finally, please fix those bathroom sinks where the soap dispensers used to be. Thank you and God Bless you all in the Name of Jesus.

This review is for all getgos/giant Eagles. If you dont link your debit/credit card to your advantage card, they will scam you out of an extra 20 cents per gallon at the gas station. I found that out today and i cut my advantage card up and will never come back to any getgo or grocery store for the rest of my life!

We ordered online and while ordering somewhere along the way the website didn't give toppings for 3 of our items. They refused to do anything about it. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I ordered a bbq chicken quesadilla at approximately 11:00pm, it took 20 minutes to receive the food and when I got home and opened it I found what looked like a poorly thrown together burrito. I couldn’t even eat it because of the strange taste so I checked out what was inside and there was no sign of bbq sauce. Needless to say I was very disappointed with the quality of food I received and the time it took to get the order.
