Frank is the G.O.A.T (Greatest of All Time)..I went in there to just replace my phone that had broken and we started talking about getting my kids phone for Christmas but I didn't have the money to do it right now..do you know this man MADE SURE I walked out of that store with 3 phones for the price of ONE phone just so my kids would have their Christmas 🎄🎁😊 wish!! He was so friendly and patient even with the babies running around lol..thanks so much Frank!! I am so excited to see their faces when they open the phones!! They helped me out so much, especially the guy Frank. See i have the 4 line family plan but was only using 3 numbers. In a couple of minutes he had my brother's old phone switched to an iPhone, switched my mother's broken phone over to a new one, upgraded my old phone and got the number we werent using hooked up for my little brother. All around great guy and great place. Highly recommend!

Yes I like to recommend and give a well deserved compliment, and to commend Frank for excellent and exemplary customer service at the metro pcs located on 3578 Fulton ave. He has definitely been beneficial in keeping a customer. He kept this customer from actually giving pcs bad reviews. I just want to say he deserves honorable recognition... maybe you could clone him for about 5 more copies...Pcs could use more customer oriented salesmen and distributors like Frank. 5 stars and beyond! a satisfied customer reporting to you: thank you!!
