Not as helpful to long standing customers as you think. Not very customer friendly with hardship situations.

Very misleading advertising concerning refinance. I have my home mortgage with Third Fed. After repeated assurances in their numerous mailings stating "don't worry about your home's current value" I was dismissed on the phone in less than 2 minutes because of the drop in my home's value from the time of its purchase in 2005. HARP was never even brought up.
