I can’t say enough good things about this company and the people behind it!!! From start to finish, everyone I dealt with was courteous, professional and super friendly!!! My garage door spring broke. They came out less that 24 hours later and fixed it in 30 minutes. Reasonably priced and friendly people. Will definitely use again.

There is a saying, "better, faster, cheaper - pick two". Potter Overhead Door is one of those rare places where you can get all three! We had our doors installed 2 years ago and had an outstanding experience. Last week a spring broke (due to a manufacturer defect) and they completely reaffirmed why I was happy to give them my business. Their professionalism and customer service cannot be beat. In every interaction with them they have gone above and beyond - it was repaired faster than promised and they made sure I was taken care of with the warranty. I don't know why anyone would go to a big box home improvement store for a garage door when you could go with Potter!

I had Potter door come out and service one of the two garage doors at a rental home, not only did they repair and service the damaged door that I called about, they also went out of their way to lubricate both doors on - top of repairing my original issue. I was very happy considering that this was my first time hiring potter door. I received the referral from Bedford place apartment place, a 116 unit apt. building that Potter door also serves as a happy client. I will be using Potter Door Inc. 100% in the future.

Potter OD installed my garage doors in 2002. My double garage door spring broke 19 years later. Jack and Bob from Potter OD came out the next day and repaired/replaced the springs, a broken hinge (car back into…oops) and lubed both of my door for a very reasonable price. Called Monday at 3 pm, 2 new garage door springs replaced and both doors inspected lubricated by 11 am Tuesday! The office staff is super friendly, helpful, and professional. The field technician is the best. Potter installed my doors 13 years ago, have had two service calls since. Great experience every time.

What an exceptional experience we had with Potter Overhead Door. It started with a bonehead mistake on my part that resulted in significant damage to our garage door. We bought our home and had no idea who had installed the doors, so at first in a panic, i searched the yellow pages and called the first ad i found but did not feel comfortable with the answers. Thankfully, i thought to inspect the door and found the information for Potter. Kelly answered at 8AM sharp, was knowledgeable and straight forward. Potter had an extrememly busy day, they communicated very well and by the afternoon had worked it out to get a tech to our place late in the day. The gentleman sorted out our issue in one hour and for a reasonable price. I was impressed with the work done and i was also very impressed with the professionalism, their service van was clean, the tools were organized, the tech was well organized. Just a really positive experience.
