August 2022: Following up on my previous experience - We were able to receive our keys and daily mail service has resumed. I truly hope that there was some miscommunication with the amount of time it was supposed to have taken. The staff is generally very pleasant, but is woefully understaffed. July 2022: I have never had a worse experience with the USPS than I have with this location. Our family recently moved to the area and were informed that we would not have mail delivery to our home address. We have common mailboxes in the neighborhood that our developer dropped keys off to, but the post office claims that they do not have keys. The mail service representative at the location shared with us that they expect to deliver to the boxes "within the next 2-3 years." This is an egregious lapse in mail service that cannot go unchecked. An organization whose credo is "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds" really has fallen from grace in the past few years.

Walked in at because it was 4:59, the kid would not help me at all. Door was not locked and basically told me to bad. You can mail your package. I saw two more people walk in and they were helped. Terrible place.

A very unhappy postal employee helped me this morning at this location. I was sending a few DVDs and a book media rate but when she asked me if I put a little note or letter in there I said yes. Here are your items back I wrote on a yellow sticky note. She told me this disqualified the package for the media rate because the note makes it correspondence. I went with first class and told her I would just go to a different post office next time. She had all kinds of trouble printing out the postage and had to call a supervisor upfront to straighten herself out. She was obviously very agitated at my little yellow note and that I told her I would go elsewhere next time. I rarely go to this post office anymore and no reason to stop there in the future. What an unhappy lady. She should get a different job but I have a feeling she would be unhappy there too. Thank goodness there are a lot of great post office locations out there but at least with this experience, this wasn't one of them.

I dropped a single small business envelope into their drive up chute on 02/26/19 that contained a personal check, it was only to travel to North Ridgeville. After one week, the item did not arrive to it's location, nor did I get anywhere when calling their office. Hmmm......I drop letters into other mail chutes at different post offices and the rare time I use this one, it doesn't arrive!!!

Horrible. I Called and said they had packaging I needed. When I arrived an hour later they said no we don’t have it!!! Dragged 2 little kids with me and no one would help me!!

Every time I send a package from this post office it gets lost or shows up not on time sent my dads Christmas package on dec 18 2017 he never received it yet Jan 3 2018. Ups from now on

The customer service here is outstanding. Stephanie knows most of the customers that come-in by name and is so kind and accommodating. She is always so helpful and is able to provide me with the best guidance for my shipping and mailing needs. I've never been so impressed with the kind attitude and customer service at a USPS location prior to moving to Columbia Station! As I read through some of the reviews for this post office, I see that most of them are in regards to the delivery services, not the post office itself. I cannot comprehend how anyone could have anything negative to say about this wonderful location. Customer service at its finest - one of the few places where this idea is not lost!

You know the USPS creed, "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds". These guys missed that memo... What a bunch of pansies. Same day I got a FedEx these guys said my drive was too bad. Now ,they have helped me meet my neighbors because they can't seem to get the correct mail to the correct house. Very sad...

This post office is a joke! They sent back 3 packages with not enough postage except the packages are paid for 10 oz and they only weigh 9.7oz. Learn how to use your own machinery idiots!!!
