The owner was so kind! I walked in off the street and asked for an arrangement for that day. She got to work and made it right in front of me, all while giving me tips on where to get good food and find things to do in the city. The flowers are beautiful, too! I got a lot of compliments about them from people in town. 10/10 would recommend if you want nice service and beautiful flowers.

Wow, the owner of this shop is amazing! Heidi went above and beyond helping me find the best flower selection for my friends 30th birthday. No marked up flower fees and she even wrapped them up carefully with a pretty bow and let me pick them up, despite the building being basically shutdown due to COVID. The arrangement is LOVELY! I call from Atlanta, GA on Monday requesting flowers for a birthday delivery today (Wednesday). I asked for winter-look, but not Christmas themed, and no carnations. Ok, so I waited till the last minute and Heidi saved me. I needed to get something beautiful over to a friend, who's last day was on Friday and I'm calling Thursday morning. As soon as she said "Good Morning" I knew I called the right place. She was understanding, well informed, knowledgeable and guaranteed same day delivery. Buffington has delivered roses for me on several occasions and they are always dazzling, well displayed and delivered as scheduled. For my wife's September birthday they delivered roses to her office, provided a table bouquet for a special dinner and did arrangements for a Sunday brunch. All delivered as scheduled to different locations. All beautifully done. I have used them several times and will use them with confidence in the future.

It was an easy process to order the flowers and the lady I spoke with was nice, but some of the flowers were wilted when my friend sent a picture when she received them. I was actually embarrassed the way that they turned out, because I was sending them as a birthday gift. I won't use this flower shop again.
