After waiting in line for about 15 minutes, I was told they didn't have change for a $20 bill, so I couldn't buy my $2 sympathy card!

A ghetto girl name miss Harris said she is the new manager at the store on Salem Ave. She has bad customer service on top of a nasty, empty shelf store. I asked her a question, this girl got a nasty attitude and told me to take the bag I paid for already and go somewhere else. As long as this store stays open on this corner I will no longer step a foot back in this store. Just rude and unprofessional!

How and why is this store even still opened? Literally every time I go to that store it’s NEVER opened. They just need to shut that store down.

The worker I asked for help seemed annoyed that I asked for her help locating an item. Other than that, my experience at this location wasn't too bad.

6pm I spent 35 min shopping get up to the counter the lady in front of me paid cash but wouldn't cash me out,and both girls yell "CARD ONLY NO CASH" 3 hours till close!! Put a sign up or tell customers as they come in!!! RIDICULOUS!!

As a manager im partial to my store but we have flaws as any discount store has. However our store is well kept and clean.
