As Walmarts go, this one isn't all that bad. I think that's because it's in Dublin, and people are generally in a better state of mind there. Being a Walmart it's impossible to find anything, and the only place you can find an employee who isn't running all over the place is greeting people as they come in (the one place no one needs them). I recommend looking up what you need online and noting the aisle numbers next to the items on your shopping list. Don't try to use their "curbside pickup". They are overworked and unorganized, so they usually forget things, and they are generally in a terrible mood at pickup.

I place an order with Walmart today 13 Sep 2022 around 1pm delivery with scheduled delivery between 5pm-6pm— order 2000101-70783637. Your driver Soraya drove around my apartment complex aimlessly. She made a minor to no attempt to find the apartment, she left and then my order was canceled. I've had numerous orders delivered to my apt from Walmart and never had any issues until today and then called Customer Care and they offered absolutely no help. I think this is poor customer service.

The service center was able to guide me to what I needed . Actually made it out of the store in about a hour.. much better than they have done before. Not going to brag on them yet. Service was good today, hopefully they don't go back to what they were.

The worst Walmart I've ever been to. I avoid going if I can. However, my mom wanted to go. On many occasions, we have gone there and the staff was on their phone while checking us out or acting like they didn't want to help. But this last time I went there we were trying to check out in the garden area and two employees were sitting. Not a problem, because we were still looking. So my mom stood in front of the checkout station to check out. One of the sitting employees got up and told us that all the checkout lane computers in the garden area were broken. Now I've worked in retail and I know that my manager would never allow me and a coworker to sit down and talk. I also know that the computers weren't broken. They just didn't want to do their job.

Oil change service here was fast. Super easy quick in and quick service. Sporting goods however was a different story. Paged someone twice, had two employees show up without keys when each of them ask “do you need in the ammo shelf”. Come on guys…how hard is it?

Possibly the nicest Walmart in the metro area. Very clean and exceptionally organized. All of the clearance clothing was in one place, separated by gender, size, etc. Usually, I see a clearance section in each department, but this was much more convenient when you're in a hurry & just looking for a clean shirt during a rough day when you can't go home & change. 😉

The $1 loaves of fresh Italian and French bread in the bakery keep me shopping there, but the lack of cashiers and long self-scan line and time that we’re pretty much forced to deal with have stopped me from actually going in the store. I use pickup only now. The app makes it so easy! Not sure how Walmart thinks they’re saving money with less cashiers when that makes shoppers turn to pickup which has to have higher staffing costs. Pickup staff is always wonderful, and I’ve never had any mistakes using that service. There’s no impulse buying that way either so Walmart’s missing out on those sales also.

Pretty typical as far as walmart goes. The only thing that really stood out was the cashier working at self checkout was very friendly and cheerful which can make all the difference in my opinion. They had a good selecting and the prices where about what you would expect.

Walmart is bit busy, long lines, only 3 cashier working, @ register 10 cashier came to me told me,"you are my last customer if anybody else comes tell them this register is closed, you understand?" First of all I am a shopper not walmart employee and its not my job to direct other customers there is a light above cashier head for that. Poor management, probably over worked cashiers but they should open up more lanes if it's busy or management shud step in to help Update: Sunday Oct 17, 2021 Apparently now it's not only check your own items out (free cashier service to walmart?) It's bring your own cart too Mercury went down only to 48f
