Usually when I come to this location I am met with a crew of 2-3 younger folks who are kind and helpful and k ow what they are talking about. Today I was met with the opposite and she, is the store manager. Lisa I believe. Immediately I asked for high top vans with no platform and immediately she said no “we don’t have them” accept they did. I asked then the ones I saw on the floor aren’t in my size?? She then instructed an associate to check. There were two in the back. Curious though, when a young white girl walked up Lisa seemed immediately helpful and looked for the girls shoes herself, despite being told they were sold out per another associate. I’m not sure if there has been a staff switch but I am certain I won’t be back. As it seems I’m not welcome.

So far evey experience has been beyond expected. You are greater right away, asked if you need help and then given the space needed to browse!!! Maybe another checking to make sure your finding everything . But the extra costumer service is always at check out. The make sure you know about any deals and check your previous points. They make the experience personal and welcoming !!! Great job ladies !!!
