Industrial strength air freshener plug-in in the tiny bathroom made me, my hair, and all of my things smell like it from only being in there for one minute. Smells bad. Gave me a headache. Toilet and sink were clean, just not the air.

Purchased a sandwich. First bite and insects crawled out of the sandwich. Unfortunately I had already finished my milkshake. No telling what I consumed. I can definitely say I am not feeling my best at the moment. Very disappointing.

I don’t even want to give them a rating they were so rude in there when I asked for a shake and they refused to give my son a shake as well. Cussed about doing ice cream for anyone that walked in and told us they refuse to make it and to go to the one on pleasant instead. Cussed at coworkers the whole time everyone was there. Just plain disrespectful don’t know how y’all are still running business. Smh.

They are supposed to open at 5am, went before work at 5:30 and the doors were still locked. They NEVER refill the coffee, so if they've run out no matter the time, your just out of luck and have go somewhere else. I just got coffee and I have to throw it out FULL because it is old and cold. I used to love this udf, now don't waste your time here. I also waited 30min to get 2 scoops on a cone. Just go somewhere ese!!!

The staff is nice and friendly. Store is kept clean. Getting a gas receipt at the pump usually means you have to go in and get it. Gas prices are always competitive. The UDF card is a must have!!

So I came here in hopes of getting a orange sherbert freeze because the one on Pleasant near Nilles Road had freezer issues and ice cream was melting. I was then informed by "man bun guy" that they're not selling ice cream because he was by himself and didn't want to have to do all the dishes. Before I left I saw a female come out which confirmed that he was lying to me. I'll be calling the manager tomorrow. I'm sure they'll know who I'm talking about when I mention "man bun guy!!!"

Extremely rude service. Wanted to off myself within the first ten minutes I was inside. Felt eternity slip by while i waited for two goddamn milkshakes. Older lady gave off truck stop serial killer vibes the whole time. Quality ice cream. Old lady needed to be peacefully euthanized like an aging rabid dog.
