Wasn't very good. Drive thru line was long time getting through. Get up to window and waited at least 5 minutes there to pay and get my sandwich. Only to find out that my food was sitting there and it was cold. I only got a chicken sandwich and coke. This was at second window. The last time I stopped there l got a cheeseburger. The bun was so stale and hard l had to throw it out. It wasn't hot either.

They would get 0 star if tht was available. I sat in line in a fast food place for 49 mins . Then to be made to prove my order after they seen it already !! RIDICULOUS!!

This is the McDonald's on Country Club Drive Newark Ohio. Union Street is closer to me but they are awful I will never go to them again. I have given them multiple chances and they are just terrible. The one on 30th Street and Country Club are the best.

I wish I could give zero stars to this restaurant I have never been in a restaurant where the managers and the general managers are so rude I don’t know how they have stayed in business. If you can go to any other McDonald’s but this one it is absolutely horrifying and I don’t want anybody else to go through what me and my family went through with these people. I have never been in a place where everyone is so disrespectful and unwilling to help and or be helpful. If you can go to any other McDonald’s please go to that one instead like I said I don’t want anyone else to experience what me and my family did.

They're one of the best in the area as far as accuracy is concerned. They can take a little longer when they get backed up, but all in all it's the best choice for delicious scientifically engineered pseudo-food and the *tastiest* way to harden your arteries in a hurry. So far we have had to sit here while our food got cold because they missed an entire 10 piece McNugget meal when they rang is up (inside) yet the person who ordered it got the cup and the dipping sauce that came with her meal? We had to wait on our quarter pounders to come out, too, while the fries have continued to sit here and get cold. Meanwhile the manager got snotty when we explained what happened, and she gave us a 4 piece "even though you didn't order it."
