What a joke this place is. Went in to buy a sectional couch with cash in hand. They told me the one I wanted couldn't be sold because they didn't have all the parts. So why do you have it on the floor advertising it for sale. So done with this place. Big sandy furniture was a little more money but didn't get a hassle like I did at big lots. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

If your sick of the same ole Walmart/Target trip this is a great alternative. As a bonus the employees are always nice and don't look like manic depressives.

I was really surprised at how well stocked and organized this store is. It is very clean and things were easy to get. They have a nice selection of furniture and bedding, rockers and recliners also. The cashier was friendly and helpful at checkout. I'll have to visit this location more often.

Ordered a recliner in middle of Dec 2021 it is now may 2nd 2022 and still no chair! I waa told it could take 4 to 6 weeks, but 5 months!!!! Yet they still have the chair on the showroom floor advertising it , knowing they do not have any in stock and cant get any in !! Employees were not much help always just saying they are not sure why it hasn't come in. It would have been nice for someone to actually try and find out rather then just saying i don't know why

People in the Furniture department were super nice, although the matching snuggle up recliners we purchased were horrible. One of them wouldn't un-recline after reclining just once. 2nd one had 2 bolts that fell out in less than 24 hours. We ended up returning them both and went to Big Sandy's instead. We were disappointed that we had to figure out how to get them back to the store when they sold us complete lemons, and the lady we spoke with was quite rude. Buyer beware, as Big Lots Furniture looks amazing but honestly there's no quality underneath the exterior.

I bought a mattress for my daughter last weekend. It had to be ordered and I was told it could take up to 10-12 weeks (4 weeks would be the earliest). I really wanted her to have a new mattress and get good rest as well as a routine prior to school starting. I went in a couple of days later, cancelled my order, and got the same mattress in a larger size as it was in stock. They were kind enough to waive the restocking fee. My daughter loves her new mattress and it's really nice quality!
