Really nice here and their selection is always really good! As a heads up though, they are still requiring masks to enter, so make sure you have one!

Purchased more than $380 in merchandise and forgot to use the Tanger Outlet $25 coupon which is valid on purchases of $200 or more. Went back to the store 10 minutes later to redeem my coupon and the store manager, Joseph, did not allow me to use the coupon. I will never shop here again and I will tell my friends about this poor experience.

I was with friends who purchased merchandise totalling more that $380. Right after purchasing (about 10 minutes later), my friends remembered they had a Tanger coupon for $25 off purchases more than $200. We returned back to the store within the hour to redeem the coupon, but the store manager, Joseph, would not accept it. He said we would need to re-select our items from the shelves, in other words we couldn't buy the same merch in order to use the coupon. I told him that my friends were not native English speakers and he explained to me in a very condescending tone that was the policy as the items were "previously" purchased. As I didn't want to cause a scene, we walked away. However, I had the impression he behaved this way since they were foreigners. If I had been alone, I'm sure that would not have happened. I will never return to this store and I will tell everyone about my experience and severe lack of customer service! This portrays a very negative image for Ralph Lauren.

Sometimes I get great deals here, sometimes I dont. This was an off trip but I'll be back to try again. The staff is super friendly, even when I'm only shopping clearance with a coupon. I appreciate being treated like a regular customer no matter what I'm shopping for, the same can't be said for gap in the same mall on the same day.
