Wow you would think that they would be able to track one of their packages but half hour later and big time language differences to boot. It solved the question as to why Amazon is giving them the boot.

1st operator disappeared...2nd operator said for ground when you call in...it would be next day. I will be gone. I asked to arrange Saturday and your system would not be able to do that! I will have to call back! REALLY?
