Nelson is great. I lose or break my phone almost every other month. He always gives me the best deals on the newest phones. He is kind and makes sure I'm happy with my purchase. My family and I only will buy or phones from this store. I went to see Nelson yet again. He was so understanding and he helped me switch back over for under $100. I will never switch carriers ever again especially since Boost really tried to burn me. He even got me hooked up with a new phone. I really appreciate it because I have not worked since COVID

I love coming here. I am treated like family at this store. I have nothing but great things to say about the manager Nelson. I will only shop at this store for phones. Nelson has done everything humanly possible to win my business. He also speaks English and Spanish which is great because then my husband understands the plan.

Rip off. They try to charge you more than the advertised price that is clearly posted. No clear response to why except the sales rep claimes his boss' makes' him sell the phones with all the accessories. Do not waste your time there.
